Alameda Penthouse. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, terraza privada

Penthouse-dúplex con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y una típica terraza sevillana ajardinada. Está situado en el centro histórico, a 15-20 minutos a pie de la Catedral, en Macarena - uno de los barrios más tradicionales y dinámicos de Sevilla.

En la planta principal entramos al salón con un sofá, mesa comedor, sillas y TV. Hay aire acondicionado centralizado (frío / calor) e internet WI-FI gratis de alta velocidad por fibra óptica.

La cocina está bien equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos necesarios. Incluye lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y microondas. Mesita de cocina con 2 sillas.

En esta misma planta está el dormitorio 1 con cama de matrimonio y armario. Junto al dormitorio, hay un cuarto de baño completo con bañera y ducha incorporada.

En la planta superior llegamos al dormitorio 2 con camas gemelas juntas, mesa escritorio y cuarto de baño con ducha. Techos altos y vigas de madera vista aumentan la sensación de espacio y confort. Puertas correderas abren a la terraza privada.

La terraza está equipada y decorada con árboles, plantas, flores y una ducha exterior de agua caliente / fría. Mesa, sillas y tumbonas.

El apartamento está en la cuarta y quinta planta de un edificio tradicional de 1923, con ascensor. Está situado en la calle Cruz Verde (esquina con calle Feria), cerca de la Alameda de Hércules. Hay mercados, tiendas, cafeterías, bares, restaurantes, plazas e iglesias - todo a pocos minutos a pie.

Great location, loads of shops, restaurants and bars in the area. The balcony was great for relaxing.One caveat. Due to the bars and restaurants and the property being on a very busy corner for the bars and restaurants, do not plan on getting much sleep. Very late nights with lots of noise (3am was not uncommon).

Perfect location on a quiet street but very close to everything.

Really lovely apartment in Seville! Fully recommend! The staff were great at communicating everything. The roof terrace is so peaceful, just be careful if the weather is very hot!

Tolle Lage, aber die Wohnung muss renoviert werden

Die Lage war fantastisch. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen – Bars, Restaurants, einen Supermarkt. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sevilla waren ebenfalls in 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und wenn man wollte, war die Bushaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür. Obwohl die Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Gegend fantastisch war, muss die Wohnung renoviert werden. Im Obergeschoss musste die Heizung ziemlich hoch eingestellt werden, um die Kälte abzuhalten. Selbst dann war es kühl. Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche im obersten Stockwerk lässt sich fast nicht regeln. Das waren zwar Unannehmlichkeiten, aber es hat unsere Freude, in Sevilla zu sein, nicht getrübt. Bei einem Preis von über 4300 Euro für 31 Tage (außerhalb der Saison) sollte jedoch alles perfekt funktionieren. Letzter Tipp: Nehmen Sie Ohrstöpsel mit, da es in der Nachbarschaft abends ziemlich laut werden kann.

Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment was clean and well-appointed. We had coffee on the rooftop balcony every morning and thoroughly enjoyed the views. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the city center. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night but quiet during the week. So if you're a light sleeper or don't plan on staying out late you may want to bring ear plugs. Overall it was a great apartment and stay.

Très bon séjour ; photos representatives de la qualité du logement. Localisation bonne sauf problèmes des bars et restaurants qui provoquent du bruit le soir jusqu'à 2h par les clients, le matin par les livraisons. Week in Seville

We had a wonderful stay in Seville. The location of the Alameda Penthouse was perfect. There were, however, a few things about the apartment that were not ideal. First, and this is picky but..., the photos of the bedroom on the first floor shows a bed (which was very comfortable) with nightstands with lamps on either side. Problem is that there were no electric sockets in which to plug the lamps. So while decorative, they were useless. 2) The apartment is convenient to many restaurants and bars, unfortunately, those restaurant also have patrons who were loud and boisterous until 2 in the morning. Finally, and this was the most irritating for us, the hot water was not consistent. The first day we were there it took 5 minutes to even get warm, then turned cold--frigid. I emailed the company and presumed they fixed it because the next day it was better, at least it heated up right away, but continued to need turn frigid after a few minutes and needed to be turned off for a minute or two and then turned on again and off again, on again, and off.

Wonderful deck and views.

This is a comfortable apartment with a lovely deck and great city views. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was welcoming and helpful. A great base for exploring Seville.

Very beautiful Apartment

I had a wonderful time in the apartment. It's as pretty as on the pictures and the view over the city is amazing at night. The bed downstairs is really good as well (been sleeping on it for 3 weeks). Fully recommended! :-)

Alameda Terrace Flat

The flat and it's location could not have been better. However, as I have found before with Vrbo, the managing/maintenance of the flat was not so good. It was clean, but the double bedroom smelt strongly of sweat. Although all the bedding is synthetic, no one thinks to wash to pillows and duvets from time to time. The beds are not comfortable, and only one pillow is allocated per guest. We had two extra pillows in the flat, but we needed more, and were told they were not available when we asked. The handover of the keys was a little chaotic, but the management team were very kind and allowed us to keep the flat until the evening of our last day, as we had a late flight. If I rent from Vrbo again, I would concentrate on flats which were managed by their owners.

Ein toller Ort

Das Appartement ist traumhaft, vor allem die Dachterrasse mit ihrem phantastischen Blick über die Stadt ist ein Ort, an den man sich nach einem anregenden Stadtbummel gerne zurückzieht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist wirklich traumhaft und in den Betten ließ es sich herrlich schlafen. Hervorzuheben ist auch der superschnelle Service der Verwaltung, der alle Probleme blitzschnell löst.

Great location

The apartment was really well placed for making the most of the lively atmosphere around Feria and the market. It has so many good places to eat nearby as well as great cafes, second hand clothes shops and the street market on Thursdays. The terrace was a great place to relax and watch the sunset.
