Magnífico apartamento en un patio de flores en pleno centro histórico. En el barrio de Santa Cruz (la judería).
En muy pocos minutos a pie podemos llegar a los principales lugares turísticos de la ciudad: Catedral, Giralda, Alcázar, parque de María Luisa, iglesias, museos, etc. Además, se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de tren de Santa Justa (a 1 km). Simplemente caminar por el barrio de Santa Cruz es uno de los placeres que ofrece esta ciudad: calles estrechas, casas adornadas con flores, etc.
La calle San Clemente, donde se encuentra el apartamento, es muy tranquila y está cerca de una avenida principal de la ciudad: la calle Menéndez y Pelayo. Esto quiere decir que las comunicaciones del apartamento son muy buenas, incluso para ir en coche privado.
El edificio cuenta con un patio central con flores, donde también hay una fuente. El apartamento dispone de un gran salón, cocina, dormitorio y baño. Está decorado de forma agradable y tiene camas para 4 personas. Una cama es de matrimonio y las otras dos son camas individuales de 90 que se encuentran en un mueble en el salón. Como el salón es grande, de ser necesario estas camas pueden quedarse abiertas todo el día ya que disponen de su propio espacio.
El apartamento tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción central. La cocina es moderna, cuenta con horno, frigorífico, nevera y lavadora, así como con útiles de cocina y pequeños electrodomésticos como cafetera, tostadora o microondas.
En las cercanías se pueden encontrar dos supermercados, así como bares y restaurantes donde tomarse una cerveza o comer a muy buen precio. Quizás el bar más conocido sea La Carbonería, ya que aparece en todas las guías turísticas de la ciudad. Este bar tiene actuaciones en directo de distintos tipos de música, así como exposiciones de distintas disciplinas artísticas. Es un buen sitio donde acabar la jornada.
La entrada para este piso se hace a través de una llave virtual enviando un enlace a de su móvil, es importante contar con este y con Internet a la mano.
También se pueden encontrar cerca del apartamento distintos lugares con espectáculos de flamenco, así como disfrutar del parque Jardines de Murillo (con amplias zonas de juego infantil) o, simplemente, pasear por las calles del vecindario y ver las iglesias, palacios y casas características.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y muy limpio.

En todo momento Antonio, el dueño, atendió rápidamente a cualquier duda antes de nuestra llegada. Al llegar una persona de confianza nos estaba esperando y nos atendió muy bien. Es de agradecer la cercanía y cordialidad que nos mostró. El apartamento está en una calle muy tranquila, otro punto importante en una ciudad tan turística como Sevilla. Una experiencia muy positiva.

Basic accommodation in convenient location

Arriving at the apartment was very stressful because of confusion over the door keys and electronic door lock. The location is very convenient for all the sights in central Seville. But there were very few kitchen pans, no kettle, and no hairdryer. If you need to buy things like these head to Triana. There is a roof terrace with laundry lines.

Pros: Location- if you are into walking it was great! Air conditioning- worked super well! Kitchen- good amount of utensils/pans. Quiet!- residential building and area but more and more VRBO/Air bnbs are popping up so you see tourists walking about. Cons- Weird state cleanliness. The towels, sheets, etc were all completely new and sparkling (but hadn’t been washed yet so left fuzz on us). However we got ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The fridge was a bit dirty inside. Not much contact/help from host. As I read in other reviews, I thought we would have someone meet us with the keys/maps/info when we arrived at the place but instead we were contacted only a few hours before we arrived about how we needed to pick up keys at a cafe. Kind of weird. We then had our contact person text us. She got back to us with most of our questions during our trip but only via text. We did reserve a baby crib for our daughter and it wasn’t there we when arrived. So they brought one pretty quickly but it was weird that I had contacted the host and talked all about it weeks before and then they had no idea when I asked about the crib. They also had limited hours of contact with us. Strangely they said the apartment was new even though I had read tons of reviews on it. -Small bed. I used to live in Sevilla so I was fine with all this, but if I had been new to the city/country it would not have been a comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful Seville

Property was exactly as described, in an excellent location for exploring Seville. Everything was in walking distance, just wish we had stayed longer as there was much we didn't get a chance to see. It took us a while to get our bearings, and to plan visits. We would highly recommend the Feel the City walking tours, just wish we had found them sooner. Took a walk on/walk off bus tour, 2 flamenco shows, Real Alcazar but did not manage to get into the Cathedral. If going arrive early or book in advance. Great apartment, perfect for two will all you need to enjoy such a lovely city.

Wonderful Santa Cruz apartment

The apartment is in a great location close to all the Sevilla must see sights. Shopping is right around the corner not to mention great Flamenco dancing being performed nightly. our host María met us outside the private parking space that our host José had arranged and walked us to the apartment. María was full of wonderful information such places to eat, sights that were a must see as well as locations of supermarkets. Jose responded quickly to all questions prior to our arrival and arranged for María to meet us. Jose kept in touch as we traveled to Sevilla. I highly recommend this apartment- easy to work with Jose and Maria!

Disappointing Service

While we loved Seville, we had a disappointing experience with this VRBO. After a long day of traveling, we arrived at the apartment complex. We notified the owner a week before our stay to confirm arrival time and then called about 45 minutes before we arrived to confirm reception. Instead of the owner being available, we were told his friend Maria would be there to greet us. When we arrived, no one was there so we had to wait in our car in an alleyway for about 20 minutes. Eventually, Maria did arrive. While she seemed nice, she spoke very little English and seemed a bit confused about our check-in. We were under the impression that parking was available in the building. She informed us that this was not the case. She said there was a pay lot around the corner for 25 euro/day or we could go to a cheaper lot, Parking Jose Laguillo, that was 15 minute walk (in the pouring rain). She said the cheaper lot was 12 euro/day so we went there. Well it turned out it was 16 euro/day. Finally, we were able to settle in the apartment. The apartment is very centrally located and clean. No complaints there. The bed was a bit small for 2 people and was comparable to a poorly made sofa bed. At first, the internet worked fine, but it went down the last two days. We tried everything and contacted the owner but no luck. Overall, we were very disappointed in this stay. There are better, more comfortable places to stay in Seville at a similar price point. Pretty much put a damper on the last few days of our otherwise lovely trip.

Simple and clean. Everything you would need for a short stay. Good communication with owner and well organised to be met with key etc. Akemi met us to let us in and provided lots of information about the city: where to visit, where to eat and other information you wouldn’t know if you weren’t local. Also messaged us with this info and was happy for us to contact her with any questions etc. Would stay here again and would recommend it to anybody.

Buona esperienza, zona per niente rumorosa

Posto in posizione tattica, in una zona tranquilla ma vicino al centro e a ristoranti e a bar, questo appartamento offre un buon appoggio per i visitatori. Dotato di soggiorno con divano e due letti a castello con annessa cucina, bagno e Camera da letto. Ottimo per una coppia ma anche per un gruppo di amici. Unica pecca è che alcune stoviglie non erano particolarmente pulite e mancavano alcune cose che sarebbero state utili in cucina, come il sapone per i piatti . Akemi, la ragazza che mi ha accolto è stata gentilissima e mi ha dato tante informazioni utili per visitare Siviglia. Grazie mille!

It was wonderful to be within walking distance of all of Seville’s major attractions! The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Neighbors were very noisy late at night which made sleeping impossible until after 2am.

Jose and team did a great job. This one bedroom with bunk beds in the living area suited us great. A little communication issues on our part keep us from gaining access, but all was straightened and our stay was very enjoyable. From 2 Calle San Clemente, in Seville we toured Cordoba, to the Mezuita and mosque with a cathedral built inside. WE also toured the white hill towns including Ronda WOW. While in Sevilla the weather did not cooperate. We were unable to see Sevilla's Alcazar or take in a Flamenco performance. This was our problem and Jose and team tried to assist us, but the weather just did not help. We certainly recommend this VRBO to others. It is within walking distance to the Alcazar and Cathedral. It is close to a small market that met our needs. Thanks Jose and team our stay was excellent.

Nice and central for historic sites.

We found the accommodation to be as described with good facilities.clean and tidy and well placed for walking to the nearby sites of interest.just a couple of minutes from the main road where there are abundant taxis and a good sized supermarket for any grocery needs. We stayed for a week and were able to undertake day trips by train to Cádiz ,Jerez de la frontera and Córdoba.santa just a railway station just an easy twenty minute walk away. At Daniela suggestion we made a visit to carmona .an easy forty minute bus journey away.it was well worth it.not to be missed. Should we be looking for a return visit to Seville then we would be happy to return to this apartment.

Great location....nice apartment!

The apartment is located close to the historic centre of Seville and about 15 mins walk from the main railway station (Santa Justa). We were able to explore Seville on foot and hired a couple of bikes from one of the many bike hire centres in Seville. The apartment is on the first floor of a small block of apartments, most of which are owner occupied and a few seem to be holiday lets. In general the block is quiet and has a residential feel to it, but the walls seem to be very thin so any noise from next door is easily heard. But we were not disturbed during the night. The apartment has a good kitchen with everything you need for a weeks stay, and there are supermarkets close by. The double bed was a bit on the small size ... I’m only 5’9” (175cm) and my feet tended to stick out of the bottom of the bed. Bathroom and shower were fine. Overall, the apartment was good, with a bigger bed it would have been great! The person who met us at the apartment (Maria) was very helpful and was at the apartment at the time we agreed. Overall, it was good value, we would definitely go back to this apartment if/when we visit Seville again.

One suggestion : include directions on how to get from the airport to the apartment by bus. Which bus stop is the best for Calle San Clemente ? Get off at Prado Sebastian and walk, or continue to Plaza de Armas and then get the 21 bus from there to Puerta de La Carne ?

It was as advertised; in the middle of the historic district, previous Jewish Quarter

The biggest asset was the location in the historic district within easy walk to everything. You do not need or want a car. The apartment itself was fine with a comfortable bed and excellent shower, small kitchen, dining area and living room. Air conditioning was excellent and necessary. The first couple of nights were quiet but at other times it was noisy with barking dogs and loud neighbors (perhaps there was a celebration of some kind). Overall, it was clean and comfortable and a great value for the wonderful location and space it offered. Be prepared for cabs to not be able to get all the way to the door due to the narrow streets. It was no problem but could be if you had lots of luggage. It was on the 2nd floor without an elevator; again no problem for us.
