Apartamento precioso con piscina y vistas a la Catedral

Este apartamento está amueblado con muebles elegantes y modernos. Dispone de una habitación y de un sofá cama, y puedes añadir una cama extra en el salón. La decoración es exquisita y el apartamento está completamente equipado para que te sientas como en casa. El edificio cuenta con una piscina en la azotea con las mejores vistas de la Catedral y de la Giralda. Puedes relajarte allí después de un día de visitas en Sevilla.

El apartamento tiene una habitación y una amplia sala de estar con cocina integrada. Está equipado con una gran televisión con Apple TV y acceso a una cuenta de Netflix para nuestros clientes, además de conexión WIFI. Hay un aseo en el salón y un baño completo en la habitación con ducha. Proporcionamos champú, gel de ducha y acondicionador para el cabello.

El acceso a la piscina (compartida por 4 apartamentos) se realiza mediante un ascensor, en una hermosa terraza donde puedes tomar el sol mientras disfrutas de las vistas espectaculares. ¡Las vistas nocturnas son quizás aún más impresionantes que las de día!

Great location, about 1.5 blocks from Cathedral. Great view of the action and cafes in the street below. Lots of restaurants nearby. Space was very clean and roomy for two people. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable, but it was functional. Host was very responsive (e.g., brought over coffee cups when we noted there were none). The pool area did not look as nice as in the photo, but we were admittedly there at a time of year where it was unlikely to be used.

Fantastic location and a perfect setup for families! The host (Elena) was very easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. She even had someone fix a washing machine issue within 24 hours. A great experience overall!

Absolutely amazing location. Great to have a place to rest and absolutely COLD air conditioning. You can literally walk to everything within 10-15 min or get a taxi from around the corner.

Lovely host and property location

Elena and her team went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we need. The location of the apartment cannot be beat. It was a five minute walk from the Real Alcazar and Sevilla Cathedral and the tower. We were surrounded by so many restaurants, souvenirs and gelato stores. The location was a real life saver as it was unseasonably hot when we were there so not having to venture too far to get anything we need with a younger child was worth its weight in gold.Communications with Elena and her team is always prompt, any questions I had was dealt with expediently. Further, they made our stay extra special by telling us to watch the Corpus Christi parade. We had a bird’s eye view of this incredible procession from the comfort of the apartment, something we will always cherish.I cannot say enough great things about the apartment or the hosts.

Fine apartment with great location

My husband, daughter and I stayed in this nice apartment for several nights. It is comfortable and clean. My husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Perfectly located near several cultural sites, restaurants, shops. All in easy walking distance. We still enjoyed the city buzz from above after we had gone back to the apartment for the night. Wonderful communication from Elena and Cathedral team starting well before our arrival and continuing throughout our stay.

Wonderful apartment

We spent 10 days in this great apartment. Located just a block from the Cathedral, yet quiet and intimate, it’s the perfect location to explore the beautiful city of Sevilla. Lots of restaurants close by, and great bakeries too!Communication with the management team was great, and they quickly answered any questions we had. Easy check in with the app they use. Very clean throughout.The apartment is well appointed with large living room, a bath and half bath, laundry and dishwasher in the kitchen. Nice personal terrace, and great rooftop pool. It’s not heated, but it was warm when we were there, so it was nice to refresh in it. The rooftop area could use some new furniture, but maybe they haven’t put it out for the season yet.We would totally recommend this lovely space for a stay in Sevilla!

Situé dans un quartier central proche de la cathédrale, giralda et Alcazar. Quartier un peu bruyant mais vivant. L'ouverture de porte avec TTlock ne convient pas à tout le monde mais hôte réactive qui s'est déplacée rapidement. Un petit problème de couchage qui a été très vite réglé

Great stay in Seville!

We loved the location of this unit! It’s walking distance to everything. There is a bed in the kitchen/living room area and a door that can close and make it a separate space. We’ve used it for a family trip and it was perfect.

Great location - large clean apartment

We had a great stay for 3 nights on our honeymoon. Location was perfect. Place was clean. Communication was easy. I would say the apartment is much larger in person. We enjoyed the rooftop a few times as well and were always the only people up there. We would recommend!

Lovely spacious apartment in an amazingly central location, just a few steps from the cathedral. The shared roof terrace was perfect for lunch in the sun, and had fantastic views of the cathedral tower and roof. The apartment is surrounded by windows and balconies and is light and airy. Lovely to sit out on the balcony with a coffee listening to the sounds from the streets below. There are many good places to eat nearby. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at the Domi Velez bakery which was 5 minute walk away (the pistacchio croissants were to die for!). The apartment owners were very helpful sending lots of information beforehand about check in etc via whatsapp. My only (very minor) criticism would be that the lighting in the apartment was not so great once it was dark outside- a bit dim and cold - the apartment could do with a few more lamps to give a cosy effect.

Great Week in Seville

We spent a week here in late September and appreciated all that the apartment had to offer. The bedroom and living room (with its sleep sofa) each have access to their own bathroom, and the two areas can be closed off with a hallway door, ensuring privacy if sharing. The living room area is large and light filled when all of the windows are open, and it we liked having breakfast there every morning. Its central location in the Casco Viejo meant that we were minutes from the main cathedral and Alcázar, much less all of the shops and restaurants in the area, which was always abuzz with activity. Of course, this also means a moderate level of noise in the evenings, since the apartment building is surrounded on all sides by restaurants, and on one side by a recycling center that is active most mornings. We took it all in stride, enjoying the views from the wrap-around balcony, but others may have a different view. The host, Elena, was incredibly helpful and ever responsive, even providing video links showing how to’s for the front door, A/C panel, etc. Elena even came over at one point to show us how to use the washing machine, for which we were grateful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Place for Seville!

This is the best place! We stayed as a family of 4 with children under 10. It was very spacious for our trip. The location is unbeatable having food, drinks, coffee right below you. Walkable to the cathedral in 30 seconds, and a short walk to Alcázar. The balcony’s, we truly appreciated them. Great view in the morning and also fun to watch the late night people strolling. We stayed in mid June and with 100 degree weather, the place stayed cool with the AC. We used the rooftop pool (one flight of stairs up) frequently. There would be maybe 2-3 people up there at the same time or we’d be all alone. The pool is a dipping pool, about 3.5 feet deep and about 12 feet long 6 feet wide. But perfect and a great view of the tower. If you are sensitive to exterior noise, you may want a noise machine or ear plugs at night, but we live in a city already so it did not bother us. All amenities available, excellent shower water pressure, plenty of natural lighting but also black our curtains. The service was incredible! Our host was excellent with communication through WhatsApp. He helped us get in the place early, he assisted with booking a flamenco show (recommended), booked our taxi to the train station, and when there was an appliance issue they resolved it immediately. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Awesome Apt. to Enjoy Seville!

Apt. had everything we wanted and more. Spacious inside area to eat, read and "people-watch" on the balcony. Comfy bed and well-appointed kitchen and bathroom with added perk of an additional wc/toilet. Fantastic location right around the corner from the Cathedral, short walk to all sights and Triana and riverbank. In the center of the action steps away from great restaurants (Pelayo right across the street, Maestro Marcelino & Postguillo a few blocks away; Gusto for breakfast just around the block). Great communication for check-in and follow-up questions (answered within minutes of sending a request) Elevator building was a big help. HIGHLY Recommend. Can't wait to come back and hope it's available when we do. :)

Great Apartment

This was a great apartment that was close to everything! The communication from the host was very limited compare to other VRBO hosts. It has a bar on the street below but didn’t bother me much but it may bother others. The good news it was silent after midnight. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.
