On the ground floor, you will find two beautiful patios: one interior that leads to a spacious 20 m² bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an exterior patio with artificial grass and garden furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

The first floor houses the living area, featuring an elegantly furnished and carefully decorated living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. There is also a guest toilet for added convenience.

On the second floor are the other three bedrooms: two with double beds (1.50 x 1.90 m), one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). This floor also includes two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

The attic floor offers a small hall with a washing machine and storage cupboards for cleaning supplies, as well as two furnished private terraces. One terrace is equipped with sun loungers for soaking up the sun, and the other features an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying Seville’s wonderful climate year-round.

Alhóndiga Street is located in one of the most exclusive and attractive areas in Seville’s historic center, just a few minutes’ walk from iconic landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, and La Giralda. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
