Location:<br><br>This is a modern, quiet, bright, functional, and automated (high-tech) apartment. Thanks to its large windows in every room, the apartment is bathed in light from sunrise to sunset. I’ll explain everything the apartment has to offer, broken down by common areas and by room. <br><br>Throughout the apartment:<br>-All the floor lamps are DIMMABLE, and in each room—including the living room, kitchen, and bathroom—there’s an LED strip whose BRIGHTNESS and COLOR you can adjust to suit your mood. <br>-The entire apartment has a MUSIC SYSTEM, meaning that every room has a built-in speaker so you can connect your phone and listen to your favorite music throughout the house—even in the shower! <br>-All the blinds in the apartment are electric, meaning they can be raised and lowered with the push of a button. <br>-The windows in the apartment feature thermal breaks, the latest in thermal insulation technology. - CENTRAL HEATING - CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING What do the different rooms in the apartment include? <br><br>LIVING ROOM: -L-shaped sofa that seats 4 people; the end section converts into a bed. <br>- 40" SAMSUNG FULL HD TV - CABLE TV for access to a wide variety of channels<br>- DTT (Digital Terrestrial Television): among other things, it allows you to watch the usual channels: La 1, A3, 4, T5, 6th, etc. <br>- GIN AND TONIC BAR: all the necessary equipment to make gin and tonics to your liking (does not include the bottle of gin). <br>- Campana LIGHT SENSATIONS: a light fixture whose color and brightness you can adjust to create your ideal atmosphere. <br>- White desk where you’ll find TOURIST GUIDES for Seville as well as other useful tourist materials. The cabinet also contains two BOARD GAMES: Parchís and dominoes. <br><br>KITCHEN: It contains all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances. <br>- WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHER - OVEN AND MICROWAVE - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE + capsules. -COFFEE MAKER -JUICER -ELECTRIC KETTLE + tea bags<br>-CUTLERY and other utensils: can openers, scoops, tongs, etc. <br>-POTS and SKILLETS -PAN TRAY -Etc.<br><br>BATHROOM Stylish bathroom equipped with all cleaning supplies. Includes per person:<br>- Towel set: bath and face towels. <br>- Basket with amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, cologne, mouthwash, shaving kit, aftershave, tissues, sewing kit, nail file, shoe sponge, double-sided comb, cleansing wipe, and cotton swabs <br><br>BEDROOMS: One bedroom is larger than the other, but both have a double bed. Included per room:<br>- Sheet set<br>- 2 pillows and 2 cushions per stay; we also provide a brand-new bag containing: a cleaning cloth, air freshener, dish soap, and a trash bag. I hope you’ll tell me about your experience at the end of your stay! :D<br><br>Services and common areas:<br>To make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, I offer an additional daily cleaning service (€25 per day, to be paid in cash at the end of your stay). So, when you arrive on your own, you’ll just need to settle in and continue exploring Sevillian culture.<br><br>Important information for guests:<br><br>I’m all about actions, not just words. I don’t want to tell you that I’ll provide the best service possible—I want you to come and experience it for yourself. I’m available 24 hours a day to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I’ll be attentive and available during your stay in the apartment so you don’t feel abandoned in a city you don’t know.
