Gîte de Charme, au Cœur de L'anjou et à 25 min du Puy du Fou

Located in the countryside on an estate of about ten hectares, and not far from the Cholet-Nantes axis (Nationale 249, exit 6), we welcome you in a warm and friendly rural setting. We do everything possible to make sure you have a pleasant time.

You will stay in the outbuilding of the nineteenth century barn of our farmhouse, completely renovated by combining the authenticity of the place (stone walls, exposed beams...) and modernity. Ideal place and conducive to your moments of relaxation and rest. The cottage consists of a large living room of more than 65 m² fully equipped (open kitchen, living room, dining room, bar...) with a large adjoining terrace (table, chairs, outdoor sofas, barbecue, large parasol...). The cottage has 2 bedrooms (on the first floor accessible for people with reduced mobility). The rooms have a shared bathroom and toilet; they are decorated with charm and taste and can accommodate 3 people each (a double bed and a single bed in each of them). They are equipped with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi connection. Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a large modular dormitory is at your disposal. It includes 10 single beds and a sanitary area with sink, walk-in shower and separate toilets. In addition, you will have access to the indoor swimming pool heated all year round.

La Petite Félixière welcomes you in Maine et Loire, in the south of the department, on the border of the Vendée and not far from the Loire Atlantique and the Deux Sèvres. Our pretty department is part of the Loire basin and the natural region of the Loire Valley, which has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 2000. It is therefore in the heart of Anjou, and more particularly of the Mauges, between land and sea, between castles, banks of the Loire, vineyards and the Atlantic coast, that we will welcome you with pleasure. We are between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes from the Atlantic coast depending on your destinations: 1 hour 15 minutes from Le Croisic, La Baule, Pornic, 1 hour 20 minutes from Beauvoir-sur-Mer (Noirmoutier), Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, 1 hour 10 minutes from Jard sur Mer or La Tranche sur Mer.

In addition to our proximity to the Atlantic coast and the banks of the Loire, we are close to many vineyards and cellars highlighting different grape varieties. The capital of Muscadet, Vallet, is 15 minutes from us. Not to mention many castles. Tiffauges 10 minutes away, Clisson 25 minutes away, Brissac 45 minutes away, Nantes 40 minutes away, Angers 50 minutes away. The Château de Serrant is 45 minutes away, Saumur is 1 hour 10 minutes away and the Château d'Ussé is 1 hour 30 minutes away. We are also close to: the Doué la Fontaine zoo or the Boissière du Doré zoo, Planète Sauvage, the machines of the island of Nantes, Futuroscope, the Maulévrier oriental park, Terra Botanica or the unmissable Puy du Fou (25 minutes).
