“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was very run down, the floor boards were particularly creaky and everything about the property seemed run down. There were no power points near the bed and the bed was very low and too soft.”

“When we arrived our room wasn't quite ready but when the reception saw that my wife had a visual impairment they put us in a disability rom on the ground floor which was very handy. I did find the safety bar in the bathtub to be awkwardly placed however. The meal choices in the restaurant were good and if you rebook your meals you get a good discount. Their happy hour drink offer is quite good too. They had coffee and tea items available at reception so that you could restock your room yourself.”
