They don´t speak english fluently, but the rest of the services ae great

Great Location clsoe to exhibition centre
This hotel is excellent located if you have to visit the Shanhai new exhibion center . Also very good next to the subway station Line 7 , Huamu Rd.station exit 5. Check-in (with Yuki) and check out (eileen) was very fast and efficient, nad they are very friendly with a smile on their face. the room was very clean and quite big same as the bathroom. The equipment in a very good shape and modern. Dinner at the restaurant the Brew was excellent and they have also some other restaurants & shops right in the same building. Book again here, if I ahve to stay for the exhibtion.

Comfortable stay at Kerry Hotel
Hotel is really nice- good size room, clean and overlooking Century Park. It has direct access via the mall to Metro Line 7. Many eateries and shops at the mall.

전시관과 가까워서 편리하고 좋았습니다. 시설, 서비스 및 주변 환경 (쇼핑몰과 연결되어 있어 식사/ 쇼핑 편리)에 매우 만족하고, 특히 1층 컨시어지 직원들이 매우 친절한 것이 인상에 깊네요. 다음에 전시회 참석을 위해 상해를 방문하게 되면 또 이 호텔을 선택하고 싶습니다.

very close with SINEC after fair, we can easily back to hotel and take a rest even very close for shopping mall it is very valuable also Gym is very big and clean !

unexpected bad service
I know the hotel since the first day when its opened. I stayed during the soft openning period and since then, each time the service was great and I came back each time I am in Shanghai even when my meetings were in Puci I stayed at the Kerry hotel in Pudong. unfortunately, now the service is very very weak with unprofessionnal workers and services. each time I had to call several times and even go downstairs to ask again. also the personnal in the restaurant are NOT professionnal. this is very bad for the hotel image .
