Terrible service
The reception staff early in the morning ask for a taxi that should drop me off in dvg Airport instead they send to me to other airport, and then I have to pay twice the rate for they mistake. Neither have nothing in the room is like 2 stars

Nos fue bien el hotel está nuevo buen servicio el único hotel conveniente es que está en un lugar muy alejado de los transportes públicos y solo se llega por taxi

This Hotel is very close to the airport. So I booked a room for my long transfer between two flights. I would love to stay in my room from 7am to 7pm. For a hotel next to the airport should that be a logical booking procedure. But I failed. Check inn was possible at 12 lunchtime. Its a very loud place. The planes are flying directly over the hotel. The hall was so loud, filled with family's and it was so crowded. The check inn is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. I arrived, nobody looked at me for 5 minutes. Dirty counter, dirty screens, everywhere dust on the counter. Nobody speaks english. The room was good. Nothing to complain. A hotel with service from the airport, so close to the airport should have a day room booking or an early check inn procedure. The outside park was full of bottles, drinks, rubbish. Must be a Chinese thing to leave everything where you are. Never again this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is relatively new and the room was clean, large, and had a great view. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel is located close to the airport. The restaurant was also excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

Good for the price
The stay was good. Hard to find. 3 different hotels in same location. This one was in the back. The floor and room I had was "musty" smelling; Like a water damage smell. Not really bad, but bad enough to notice. The lobby smelled nice.

Nice clean friendly hotel
We stayed for one night as we’re catching flight next day. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived around 8pm in the evening n went to the Florence village for quick dinner. The area was plain nothing within walking distance as we chose this hotel for it’s easy access to the airport-10mins drive. The hotel facility was fine. Breakfast was easy.

Strange hotel
Airport transfer service is terrible for guests coming from the airport at night. Restaurant is closed by 9pm, only a tiny convenience store is available for hungry guests. Hotel is too big, corridors to guest rooms are lined with carpet that are not suitable to pull luggage along. Room numbers are not consecutive. Overpriced.

The hotel is new but it is in the middle of no where and not very convenient. You have to be shuttled in a buggy to move between buildings

This property is clean, and quiet. The wifi appears not to work, but the front desk explained that Google is not used in China. It was a great stay in a huge hotel.

The hotel is great and ideal for Pudong airport however I was woken up at 4.30 by some noisey Chinese residents who were shouting in the corridor for a good 30 minutes. Shame because I couldn't fault the hotel up until that point.

Lovely hotel
Only stayed 5 hours as I had a long wait at the airport but a good price and really fancied staying overnight. Would definitely recommend The transport to the airport is only every couple of hours though

ホテル自体は広くて綺麗な印象を持ちます。ですが、まだまだ不完全といった感じで、部屋には冷蔵庫も無く、空調も全然設定温度になりません。何よりwifi完備と書いてあるのに、接続されても全くネットに繋がりませんでした!これは本当に残念でした。部屋によって冷房の効きも違うようで、友人の部屋は涼しかったのですが、自分の部屋は日中になると冷房をつけていても汗ばむくらいでした。スタッフはいい人も居ましたが、基本的には感じ悪かったです。無駄に広いだけで、コインランドリーなど必要な設備も全然ありません。これから整えて行くのか?本当に期待外れなホテルでした。

돈 좀 더내고 프리머스 가세요~ 큐박스는 별3개짜리라 호텔에 세면대에서 개미나오고 샤워부스에 물 안내려가요 스위트룸도 마찬가지입니다 직원들 영어도 잘 못하고.. 밥을 프리머스가서 먹었는데 호텔수준 차이가 너무 났어요 공항픽업서비스는 정말 좋아요~ 버스도 좋구요

Convenient stay near the airport
We decided to find a place to stay for the night last minute as opposed to staying in the airport. We found this location convenient and for a good price. When we purchased we also were given a two hour additional late checkout (2PM!) from Hotels.com rewards program which was perfect after a long day at Disneyland. This is a very big hotel and located near a couple of others about 10 minutes from the airport. At first we were taken to another hotel which is somewhat similarly named (they all have Q in the title). But after that we found the correct one and were checked in right away. The rooms were large and clean and upon check in we let them know what time we would like to take the shuttle to the airport which was also included. They also let us know of breakfast which was offered but we unfortunately slept through that. Overall for a last minute stay this was a good find and is perfect if you need somewhere nearby the airport that includes some amenities like food and transportation.

“Disappointed”
I checked in the hotel on Nov 19, 2018. The front desk stuff required me to pay deposit ¥200, and asked my signature on a piece of paper. She told me the deposit cash would be refunded the next morning. I was busy with contacting my work. I didn’t realized she didn’t gave me any receipt. I thought about it later on, but kept busy later on and didn’t realized the deposit was never refund to me. I found out my shortage of money until one week later when I flew to Wuhan and the hotel requested deposit. Then, I remember the Q-Box never refund my deposit. I have contacted Hotels.com and the hotel directly. Q-Box hotel denied this transaction ever happened. Last year, I checked in this Hotel 6 times within 6 months. I remember the front desk lady and the check in procedure. How is possible a hotel require no cash or credit card deposit? since there is no credit card history, isn’t obviously I paid in cash?! I gave a good review on Hotel.com after the first time I stay back in June 16, while there is not much review on hotel.com. I gave them a 10. The service was going down after my first stay. I did book at other hotel when I visited Shanghai, and yet I stayed there for 6 times. After this dishonest incident, I no longer stay with this hotel. 前台不誠實,小心她有可能會私吞了住房押金。

Since you often stay in our hotel, we did not charge your deposit. The hotel will provide you with a deposit receipt when it charges your deposit, and also record the fee into the hotel system.Thank you very much for your understanding. Brand new oasis in Shanghai!
This is a brand new hotel (some of it was still being built) 5mins away from Shanghai Pudong Airport. We were in the wing that was being completed and it was well brand new, king sized bed, automatic curtains, spacious luxurious shower/bath, digital climate control. The service is excellent too, can't fault them at all at this they were just lovely, helpful and efficient. There were only 2 things which I have marked them down by and it can be solved. Being right next to the airport, the plane noise is loud at night, you can use earplugs like I did, however my gf doesn't use those and had a rough time. The other is that the other patrons unfortunately smoke in their rooms and leave the doors open which makes the place reek of cigarette smoke, our room was fine but when you stepped out in the hallway it was strong. This is not the hotels fault, they have non-smoking signs everywhere, unfortunately this is Shanghai. Being close to the airport it is an hour from Shanghai Nanjing St East - approx. RMB190-200. There is free airport shuttle so that's a perk. The food selection and breakfast buffet is excellent. You get everything you want to eat. Just like to thank these guys for their great service.

This is a new hotel, hence it does not come up on GPS yet. Hence the reviews here are such, but hotel is new and rooms were very nice for a good price. Also near to airport which was a plus. Q-Box and Primus Hotel is the same. Q-Box sign is not clearly mention on the entrance so it can be little confusing for people to find Q-Box.
