In general, a good impression of the hotel in terms of price and quality. there is no early check-in. the list of services provided says that the bar is open 10: 00-24: 00, but it is not written that alcohol is from 12:00, as the barista says. Special thanks to ALLA barista for his friendliness!

Для своей ценовой категории нормальный отель. Небольшая территория с двумя бассейнами. Номера просторные, немного "уставшие", сантехника требует замены или хотя бы тщательного обслуживания. Не забывайте средства от комаров!)

Sono stata alle volte all falcon ma, pur non avendo un ottimo servizio, poteva andare per il rapporto qualità prezzo. Adesso non più. Sono stata li un mese e mi sono pentita di aver pagato tutto in anticipo. Le altre volte prenotavp di settimana in settima e tutto andava bene. L'aria condizionata non ha mai funzionato bene. Pulizia precaria. Servizio ristorante inesistente. Non ci tornerò più

Éviter absolument
Une odeur nauséabonde omniprésente à la réception ainsi’ que dans les allées de l’hotel (Odeur d’egout ainsî que dans la chambre). Le service laisse à desirer, les boissons sont servies dans des gobletets en plastique (très rarement’ des verres)personnel pas aimable. La nourriture laisse vraiment à désirer , tous les jours le même riz était les memes carottes et choux vapeur. Quelques rares jours, j ai eu le droit à des pâtes. Choix très faible et de mauvaise qualité. L’ hygiène laisse à désirer dans tout l’hotel. Des travaux ont été réalisés pendant mon séjour au niveau de la piscine 2 jours de suite. Les plastiques qui permettent d évacuer l’eau ont été retirés pour mettre des dales à la place que tout le tour de la piscine. Ceci a provoqué des grands dégagements de poussière et des debris dans la piscine. De plus, les ouvriers ont utilisés l’eau de la piscine qu’ils puisaient avec leur pot de ciment vide pour travailler. Finalement, l’eau de la piscine n’a pas été changée et on voyait apparaître une pellicule de saleté permanente. Le ménage dans les’ chambres est très sommaire et l’état de la salle de bain laisse à désirer ( beaucoup de rouille et de moisissure). Il n’y a vraiment rien à retenir de positif de cet hôtel.

You get what you pay for
The hotel is OK. It's not the cheapest in the area, but not expensive. It needs a bit of attention around the pool areas as most of the plastic drain covers are broken. This could cause injury if not careful. The food is OK. There are plenty of vegetables, salad and rice, but you get very little meat served to you. A very small piece of chicken that is mostly bone, 2 or 3 pieces of small cubes of beef for dinner. There are 2 pools, one is deep and it would be a good idea to have this one for adults only, as you can't get away from screaming kids, and there are loads of them! The other pool is much bigger with a shallow end. The rooms are nice and clean but the balcony is tiny. Most of the staff are nice, but there are a few who are very annoying and this makes it very unpleasant at times.

ORGANIZZAZIONE DA RIVEDERE
Nonostante avessimo prenotato la navetta da e per l'aeroporto via mail e ricevuto conferma sempre via mail dall'albergo, al nostro arrivo non si è presentato nessuno a prenderci e abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi che nonostante la trattativa è costato il doppio della navetta. Secondo punto siamo stati abbandonati in spiaggia perchè all'orario del rientro non si è presentato l'autobus a prenderci. anche qui rientro in taxi. segnalato l'inconveniente alla reception ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero fatto sapere il motivo del disguido. mai saputo niente e nemmeno ricevuto delle scuse, figuriamoci il rimborso del taxi.

Great value for money
Spent one night all inclusive here and for the price I paid none other the other 22 hotels I've stayed at in Sharm can beat it. The rooms are clean and spacious with digitally controlled air conditioning thermostats and satellite TV with BBC World news and English language movie channels . I arrived at the hotel at 4am and check in was quick and efficient. Unfortunately I didn't make it to breakfast but lunch was plentiful with choice of fish, meat, rice, potatoes, veg, soup, salad, fruit etc. All inclusive alcoholic drinks start at middlingay which it at least 1 hour later than other hotels in the area. But overall great value.

Very disapointed
I have stayed at this hotel several times but sadly I will not be returning in a hurry. The staff as always are amazing but the food was awful limited choice and cold, the rooms are tired and in need of decorating, the so called heated pool was colder than the sea. The animation team were lovely people but entertainment was poor. I am sad for the staff because they try so hard.

Get what you pay for
This is an average budget hotel. The best part by far is the accommodating and friendly staff. My room had several problems--bad air conditioning, no soap, no shampoo, broken shower faucet. But when I requested, things were fixed quickly. I just wish I didn't have to keep asking for everything. And really--need to have wifi available for rooms.

Отдыхал в отеле в конце мая 2017 г.Отель СУПЕР!!! 3 звезды,но питание,чистота,уборка номера по Египеским меркам на 4+!Персонал очень дружелюбный, проблем не возникало ни когда! Одно огорчает;после 21 часа жизнь замирает. Но это не проблема отеля, это проблема Египта в целом...Очень мало славян, а они(мы) в общем то и создают вечение тусовки...Континент в основном местные, а они в 21.00 на горшок и спать...Аниматор пытался расшевелить это болото, но в связи с тем,что нас (славян) было не больше 8-10и человек ни к чему это не приводило...Он клюзив до 24 часов,но иногда засиживались и дольше,бармены относились с пониманием и еще пол часика обслуживали.В общем молодцы!!! По пляжам:отель имеет доступ к 3-м пляжам.2 из них коралловые(Риф бич и Корал бич) и один песчаный. На пляжи разводят на автобусе. Удобно. Ближайший Риф бич платный(15 фунров~1$,даже меньше)находится в шаговой доступности(15мин.),остальные немного дальше, но бесплатные. Рекомендую данный отель для тихого семейного отдыха.

Hübsches, nicht allzu grosses Hotel mit sauberen, grosszügigen Zimmern. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht alles funktioniert immer einwandfrei aber bei Problemen ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Super für Leute mit kleinem Budget und nicht zu hohen Ansprüchen!! Das Essen ist wirklich prima und das Personal immer sehr herzlich, fast familiär. 10 Minuten Fussmarsch vom tollen Strand Reef Beach entfernt. Dort tolles Massage-Angebot durch richtige Physiotherapeuten Mohamed und Achmed und hübscher kleiner Bar mit super Essen und wirklich gutem Kaffee!! War jetzt schon 2x dort und werde sicher wieder hinfahren!

Фалькон Хиллс нормальный отель,для не особо притязательных людей,даже пожалуй лучше многих 3 в Шарме,бармен Самми просто хороший человек-это пишут во многих отзывах и соответствует-good people,н а пляжи возят бесплатно,в нааму ,Сохо тоже,и хороший пляж риф бич 10м неспеша пешком,но он платный в отели талон 15тугриков,на пляже 30-но пляж того стоит,хотя и куда возят тоже можно посмотреть на вкус и цвет ....нет,еда нормальное все есть понемногу -вобщем для непритязательный людей(не для тех кто лобстеры привык жучить)мне понравилось учитывая,что не 1я линия без пляжа,совет по бывайте Оцените сами(бавыл сам в эль фараана риф клуб,Алоха,Шарм риф,клаб вера,в общем больше в Хадабе,вобщем нормальная 3+++,но одно полетов нет и выходя из положения туры для местного населения организованы -ну кто знает этим все сказано,хотя все от людей а не нации,в целом все нормально посмотрите не пожалеете

ok but can do better.
My stay was ok, but that I had to change my room twice since some thing like air conditioning was not working. The showers were bad and not clean. Other jest devised me they had cockroaches in there rooms. The food was bad. After complaining they finally made efforts to accommodate and clean and upgrade our service.
