CUANDO REALICE LA RESERVACIÓN ESTABA UN POCO ESCEPTICA POR ALGUNAS CALIFICACIONES QUE DECÍAN QUE LA LIMPIEZA ERA PÉSIMAS,PERO REALMENTE SUPERÓ MIS EXPECTATIVAS FUE TODO LO CONTRARIO TANTO EN LIMPIEZA COMO EN EL TRATO A LOS CLIENTES SIEMPRE AMABLE Y DISPUESTO AYUDARTE EN TODO, SI TENÍAS ALGUNA PREGUNTA BUSCANDO LA FORMA DE CONTESTAR O SI NO ENTENDÍAS BUSCANDO LA FORMA DE COMO COMUNICARTE CONTIGO LO RECOMIENDO Y LE DOY 10/10 SI TIENEN UN VIAJE SE LO RECOMIENDO.. Y EL OLOR EN EL HOTEL DESDE QUE QUE LLEGAS TE ENAMORA.ME ENCANTARÍA ESE OLOR EN MI CASA PARA TENGA BISITAN TERMINEN ENAMORADO DE ESE OLOR 👍😀😀

Este hotel está increíble, todo desde que llegas es fantástico. El personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones espectaculares con la vista de los demás rascacielos y del Burj Khalifa. La piscina en el roof top es de las más lindas. Y el restaurante súper acogedor y muy rico

Amazing property , looks new , most of the staff is cordial , however it seems as is new property they are not aware of things happening . Book a club room and in h the benefits is mention check out till 4 I had to reclaim this . As well the pool staff one of the best however due to iftar the pool was closing at 330 PM . No one offer other alternative of pool. When we reach to the room in the tv was mentioning free access to the lagoon, however as it was weekend we needed to pay , however this was not mention at all
