“This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed.”

“What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you.”

“We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs. The indoor pool was a real highlight which we used everyday. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of North Norfolk so you can get to most popular locations within 30-40 minutes maximum.
