“On arrival, we walked into what appeared to be someone’s very messy home. Slight smell of cigarette smoke, coats everywhere and a kitchen full of unwashed dishes, food left on the counters, and a man sitting at the kitchen table with his shirt off. Walking up to the “office” entrance from parking, we walked past an outdoor table with a meat slicing machine wrapped in plastic. We nearly didn’t stay, but needed a bed and the room seemed the cleanest part of the house and good enough for a night....

“Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Parking/access was easy and stress-free. Anyone with bad allergies keep in mind that this is out in the country - grass/hay, farms around etc. This is a big part of what we enjoyed about it but we know it can be a problem for some people.”

“This 1860 home was a typical bed and breakfast accomodation with an amazing meal in the a.m. with other guests. The host was very accomodating regarding our room not having AC during the recent heat wave and upgraded us to one with AC for one night. Our regular room was very small which would be more appropriate for one guest, but we were happy to have a place for the busy Fourth of July weekend!
We enjoyed being within walking distance to downtown Lennox and short drives from many hiking...
