“The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was informative and quick to respond with any questions I had. The view was amazing and a close walk to the beach. The location was perfect and near restaurants/shopping. We would definitely come back again!”

“Excellent location and amenities. 1st floor, 2 blocks from the beach, and the host provides a beach buggy/pull cart and beach chairs. The unit has 3 bedrooms so kids can have their own rooms. The beach is not too crowded, the pool is a great feature too. Plenty of towels and games, comfortable furniture and beds. Amazing value, excellent communication. Would stay again.”

“This property is gorgeous, inside and out! Kudos on a the little things they thought of like starter supplies in the kitchen, the guide book with all the local and emergency info you could possibly need, and the check in mid-stay just to make sure we were good and didn’t need anything. The path to the beach is direct and our pup loved being so close. So nice to find a pet friendly location! 10/10 definitely would stay and again and recommend. “Had a fabulous time. Property was exactly as described and owners made themselves totally available if we needed them but we didn’t. Great location. I would rent again. ”

“We had the best few days and communication was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We went for walks on the beach every morning and evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Elevator available if needed and sufficient parking. The restaurant recommendations came in handy too. Super easy drive to downtown Amelia Island to walk around town and browse shops have tea and ice cream.”

“We loved sitting on the porch watching surfers, listening to music, and watching a lightening storm at sea. Views were amazing and surf sounds were perfect. I have issues walking, but was able to go to the pool. Will rent umbrella and do beach next time. ”

“The place was very clean, all the cupboards and drawers were labeled with what was in them, plenty of towels, kitchen implements, etc. The balcony was screened in and was a real plus. I don't remember the listing ever saying it was on the third floor, which could be a real detriment for some people. No problem for us, it was great.”

“My son, his 3 children and I stayed at the property for a week. Although this was probably the hottest week in the area this summer, we were very comfortable. The condo was cozy, well stocked and clean. The pool was just right for all. The beach was basically across the street and the views were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families.”
