“Had a wonderful time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. The cottage is so cute. It’s next to so many restaurants. We just didn’t have time to try them all. There’s a nice little walk down to the edge of the cliff you can sit and relax and just enjoy a sunset. Very cute.”

“Our stay was AMAZING! We loved how close everything was as far as hiking trails, grocery, ocean, and wineries. It was my husband, our 19 year old daughter and myself. The beds were comfortable, showers were great and it was VERY clean. So many hiking trails near by that we took advantage of, and the Beach is super close. We will be back! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. ”

“My wife and I stayed at Ben King's cottage for four months while I was working a contract assignment. We would definitely stay here again for another contracting job. Very comfortable house! Great parking situation for two vehicles . . . not something you see much in Shell Beach!”

“This property was exceedingly disappointing. In short, very shabby, exceedingly dirty and overpriced. Read on if you want to know more, but in short: DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! IT’S A DUMP! 1. The unit was extremely dirty when we arrived. It had been used as an apartment by the owner’s college age son, and his idea of cleaning it was ridiculous: • Bathroom was filthy – worst was the very grimy exhaust. We had to clean it to be able to use it. • Refrigerator was disgusting: exterior discolored...
