The location and view were amazing. The king studio suite was clean and very nice. It had almost everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. We did enjoy all of the windows which made it nice and bright. The fireplace was a huge plus too. The hosts were very accommodating and communication was great. The restaurant right next door was really good.

Room was clean, good for pets. Check in process is very poor. You need to check in via your phone as there is no one on site, yet there is absolutely no cell service, and you are not given the WiFi access code to use to check in, To get you code for the door. Thank goodness a fellow guest was able to provide the code. They should give you your code ahead of time. Very poor communication

Excellent stay! My concierge Tessa made sure I had everything I needed. Upon checking in I discovered the previous guest had smoked in the room, I let them know and they immediately upgraded my room. Such a beautiful area and room. Perfect escape from everything! Cannot recommend enough!

The place was great, but there seemed to be no staff on duty. I was promised a guide to the area, and despite multiple emails and texts (which failed due to lack of cell service) I never got it. They had self check-in, which was okay, although I couldn't figure out how to lock the door, and there was no one to ask. I used up all the coffee (Keurig pods) by the third day, and it was never replenished.

I was never able to stay at this property. Approximately three hours before my scheduled check-in, I received an email from Expedia stating that the hotel was overbooked and that my reservation had been cancelled. After repeatedly attempting to reach the hotel by phone, I was finally able to speak with them. The hotel staff confirmed over the phone that my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking and that they could not accommodate me. Because Expedia cancelled my reservation on the day of check-in, I was forced to secure a last-minute replacement hotel on New Year’s Eve, while being hours away from home. I would not recommend to book this place to anyone. My money has not been refunded yet and I am having to spend hours on the phone trying to get my money back. I

It beat all of our expectations, me and my girlfriends, was our two year anniversary. It was f****** amazing. Period. Just maybe read this and never tell anyone else about it!

While we were there, renovations were taking place, which no one warned us about. There were sheets of playwood and boards lying on the floor right in front of the entrance the entire time we were there. Workers were installing a new roof, and at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, we were awakened by the sound of hammers. Words cannot describe our outrage, as we wanted to get away from the city noise for our anniversary and simply enjoy the sound of the waves and nature … 1. Dog hair all over the floor and on the sofa. 2. White drywall dust on the floor in various places, probably from removing light fixtures from the ceiling. 3. One light fixture is hanging directly above the stove, revealing a hole leading to the attic. 4. A strong dog odor, which caused my wife to have an allergic reaction. 5. And the most unpleasant thing is that all the bedding on the bed is covered in the same white drywall dust. (((( We stayed at this place a few years ago, in a different room, and everything was great, but this time, unfortunately, all these problems significantly spoiled our stay here, we're very disappointed . When I asked why there was no notice of renovation work, I was told that the problem arose unexpectedly. They simply lied to me. They suggested that I go somewhere while the maintenance staff came and cleaned, and this was on the only full day I was there. Moreover, there was no closet in the room where we could put our things. Terrible.

We were failed to be told that the roof was being replaced duriing our stay which was intended to be a quiet stay. caution tape anchored by the chairs to view the surf. The out door fire place wasnt working. Ithe balcony was covered in roofing debris that blew inside living room. It felt like walking on pebbles

The location and view was spectacular. The owners and staff were more than helpful. The jacuzzi outside available to guests is also a nice luxury if it isn't busy. The town of this coastal area was just as nice to visit as the stay at the motel.
