The outside bathroom is accessible with for your use . The game room downstairs boasts a huge screen with projector to view DVD`s and cozy up on the comfy sofas.

The Boathouse has a beautiful, comfy bed in an alcove next to the half bath. There is also a bed tucked under the eaves in a private cubby room with a small door off the kitchen. The shower is in a private room downstairs. There is also a half bath with outside access. There is a balcony off the living space with views of the wooded yard.

The entire house, back yard and fish station are yours to enjoy.

Host does not interact with guests unless requested

There are two off street parking spaces. Safely use the staircase to the right of the parking area for access to the boardwalk leading to the house
