“While it rained most of our trip, it was nice to come home to a clean, well maintained space. Our boys had a great time in the game room while we relaxed at the main house. Very secluded and private, yet close to the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.”

“We had a perfect getaway for three couples. The layout provided plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable without having to share bathrooms. The absolute highlight was the deck overlooking the river-it was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening drinks. Having such a scenic, peaceful space to gather made our weekend truly special. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!!!”

“Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. ”
