“Great stay. No major issues. Clean and private location. Host was very accommodating and helpful. Forrest was great!Had all that we needed! Pizza place in town was great!3rd bedroom is not quite what we expected (description correct, but pic wasn’t shown on site) but we made it work with no real issue. Pleasant stayTip during hot summer days: we put the portable fans next to the upstairs AC vents which seemed to help cool down the bedrooms better. ”

“We love this house. It's nostalgic of Grandmas farm house, it's clean and comfortable. It's sits on a quiet hill with amazing views of the mountains. The owners are very sweet, and let our kids fish in the pond at the bottom of the hill. ”

“This home is great for a large family gathering. We were 31 in total, so rented the cottage next door as well. Great location if you want to spend time in DC or in historic sites around the area. A few of us are horse enthusiasts, so we had plenty to enjoy as well. The indoor and outdoor spaces are comfortable with plenty of seating. With so much table space available, we were able to keep the jigsaw puzzles rolling all week! ”

“My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful house. Lisa had thought of everything to make it feel like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast and other meals if we wanted. We loved the fresh duck eggs from Pansy and Petunia and the supplies for the s'mores. Such a sweet surprise. Lisa was so communicative and so kind to our whole family. My kids loved feeding the animals with her in the mornings. The porch had an amazing view and it was so...

“privacy was great! A/C not great so bring a few fans (we did!) for upstairs - otherwise we loved the location, the privacy and the quiet of the country. house was just as the pictures showed. we will be looking forward to returning some day!”
