“Great amenities. Enjoyed the spa, steam room, bar,falcon class, hiking trails and more. I was surprised the heated pools were open in February next time I'm bringing my bathing suit for some winter swimming. Our room was in the 700 building overlooking the lake. It did have a mini fridge that was a nice surprise. It didn't have elevator so conceige kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Our room did have an updated bathroom and a small outdoor balcony overlooking the lake....

“The room was nice and clean. there were flies comming in upstairs but that is truely typical of a house of this age. The owner had asked us to pay a couple of taxes that were not listed in the price (not sure it is ethical/legal/moral) - they close by 9 or you have to pay a $50 late fee A fee - no food was availible unless you arange ahead of time. over all for a B&B style experience I was ok wth it.”

“Room was clean, check in was easy. Rooms are NOT soundproof as advertised. Woke up to arguing/hollering in the stairway at least three times the first night. Once it was so loud and heated I got out of bed to get my phone in case we needed to call 911. Homelessness is a HUGE UNADVERTISED issue downtown. Many homeless people sleeping in the doorway to the hotel as well as along the mall camping out with shopping carts, etc. One man decided to start screaming vulgar names at us while my husband...
