“Well located with free parking so didn't need to use the car at all during our stay. Everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The place needs refurbishment throughout the stairways and in particular, the bathroom of room 10”

“The room was clean and ready for us on arrival. Could do with some modernisation but everything was in good working order and plenty of amenities for drink making and biscuits provided in room. The pub itself was very cozy and did excellent food. The staff were really attentive and friendly too. Orders for breakfast were taken in the evening and everything was prepared fresh in the morning with hardly any waiting. Great service and would definitely recommend.”
