“This property was great for our purpose. We had a group of nine golfers in town for the weekend. The house was in a good, safe location in close proximity too many nice golf courses. Very updated, clean and well stocked with basic essentials. The quality of most of the beds could be improved. Property gets a thumbs up from everyone in our group”

“Cleaning crew was there over an hour past check in. Outside trash cans were full and the futon was broken. When i messaged contact, didn’t receive a reply about the issues”

“If you love Harry Potter, this place is amazing! We only stayed one night, but it was truly magical! Even had time to teach my 11 year old how to play wizarding chess! Would absolutely recommend.”

“Excellent spot for one family of 4-6 looking for comfortable accommodation for sporting event at nearby facilities. This unit had zero lists of chores for us to do. “We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group of parents and teenage boys playing at a tournament in Grand Park. We loved the location and being able to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, etc were all available.”

“Cute house in walking distance to multiple restaurants with a great coffee shop right across the street! We were in town for a softball tournament & our girls enjoyed hanging out at the library a block away! We love this area!”

“Beautiful clean home with lots of space. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved the fenced in backyard for our small grandkids to play. Amenities for young kids and adults. Ideal for large groups. I’ve rented homes in Indy for years since my daughter lives here. This was the best!”

“clean house, helpful local directions, plently of space and utilities, no complaints.”

“Nice space, well equipped, great location, helpful and attentive host.”

“Was a great stay ! Nice safe area, everything around you that you would need also!”

“This place is an adorable little spot for a stop. We loved the location and the place was clean and quiet.”

“Location was great, beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Check-in was easy and communication was timely. Would feel more comfortable, especially at night, if there were more window coverings and seating options. Small steps in kitchen were tricky to navigate and dishwasher wasn’t working at the time. Appreciated that there was nothing required of us to do before leaving the home.”
