  • 2 new cottages - side by side. Each has two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with two bunk beds (twin over full). Full bath with washer and dryer. Full kitchen and nice living area. All furniture is new in 2016. Porch seating, picnic tables, and a barbecue grill for outdoor entertainment. There is a nice mountain view and access to French Creek on the property. Each cabin sleeps 6. Rent one or both for a great family reunion. **Availability on calendar only reflects one cottage. Please check our second listing #4208952 if this one is full. Check for discounted monthly and weekly rates.

Very cozy cabin. Very responsive and friendly host. The front porch a great place to enjoy sunrises. Enough room behind it to exercise our dog. Beautiful setting.

Our stay at this charming cottage in Buffalo, Wyoming, was truly wonderful. The home was exceptionally clean, well kept, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The front porch quickly became our favorite spot watching the sunrise each morning was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts made us feel very welcomed. We would gladly return and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in the area.

Great Trip

Crazy Women Cottages are absolutely wonderful. Very quiet location with views of the Big Horn Mountains. People on the property are friendly and a great source of information for the area. And the city of Buffalo is fun.

Great stay for a fall hunt

The cottage was perfect place for us to stay. Close to Public Hunting Land with all the comforts of home. Will definitely stay here when we plan our next hunt.

Bighorn Hiking

We had a great time. The cabin was a perfect base camp for our day hikes. My son loved the property and Nancy was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area.

Perfect little cabin

We had a nice stay at the crazy woman cottage. It was a perfect location. The cabin had everything we needed for the weekend. We were able to cook and grill there. Thanks for the nice place to stay.

It was so nice to come back to Buffalo after leaving 41 years ago. This house made it all the better! Perfect little cabin on the edge of town with a little creek right down the road! Love this place and will stay again when we return.

Fall getaway

We absolutely loved the cabin. It was spotless and tastefully decorated. It was very close to town and lots of really good hiking. Fun restaurants and just enough shopping for us. Never been to this area. Love it and we will be back.

Great location

Crazy woman cottage was right on the edge of Buffalo so close to everything but yet very peaceful. Had everything needed to prepare a meal including a nice gas grill. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving visit

This was a wonderful cabin (home) for our family to stay in over the Thanksgiving holiday. I was able to cook my side dishes (could have cooked the turkey too!) to take to our family that live in town, extremely well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable for our group, including our dog which we were very grateful to be able to bring. We’d love to stay there again.

Exploring the Bighorns

The moment we saw the cottage we knew it was perfect. The location is ideal for trips into Buffalo or Sheridan. We loved returning to this clean, comfortable charming cabin after a day hiking or exploring. Nancy was delightful, always responding promptly to any questions and had great suggestions The cottage was spotless and had every possible amenity. Cute little Abby, always ready to play, was a bonus! We hope to return!

I spent 9 weeks here looking for property in the area, working, fishing, and exploring. Nancy was a great host, neighbors were friendly, and other guests were interesting. Wildlife (turkeys, deer, antelope) in the yard every day. Cabin was comfortable but could really use a small kitchen table. Bar seating only. Buffalo is a charming and vibrant small town.
