Communication with the owner was incredible, he was very responsive to all chats.This was an incredible place to stay. In downtown Sheridan within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and LOTS of activities.When we return to the area, we WILL stay in one of Dalton's properties!!!

Great Location in Historic Building

Love the location, a block off Main Street in a historic building. Very walkable to park, trails, restaurants and shops on Main Street. Renovated with historical brick wall. Nice large space for a one bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable living area. Pictures portray it accurately. Will be back!

Apartment met all needs. I do recommend you change out pull on china cabinet drawer - it is broken and very sharp. Also, some ants in bathroom. Neither item detracted from the great time we had!

Great property for one night or longer. Awesome location for exploring downtown Sheridan on foot. Very clean and spacious. Property manager was very helpful, courteous and attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

There was no coffee, broken vanity in the bathroom, hazardous outlet in the bathroom, old towels, constant running toilet, so we would not stay there again.

1 week stay while visiting family

Perfect size. Nice combo of urban flat and cowboy quarters. Main Street right outside our door was awesome, especially on Third Thursday There were a few items that need repair or attention. I can send you pictures of them if you’d like. But we would and probably will stay here again in the future

Super location and quiet!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect. And for being right downtown, it is so quiet. The bed is pretty worn in and quite uncomfortable. And the pillows are huge and oversized. The closet is very cramped with a lot of things that were stuffed into it, making it very difficult to hang anything up. But if they get a new bed and some soft pillows, this place would be amazing! The location is superb. And we truly enjoyed our time in this space.

Place need maintance!

Over all it was just okay, we loved the location. We were not notified of the huge construction taking place, blocking the street however. Also, the oven was so dirty, that the place filled with smoke when we went to warm something up in it. Could not use because of that. No wash clothes provided, and only one towel each for a 4 night stay. Place was not really clean, and was disappointing. Also, the place had so many things that needed maintance, broken drawers in the bathroom. Water came through the windows when raining and ran across the floor. Good news, they brought us a mop and towels to capture the water coming in. There are better places to stay, would not do it again.

Great location, trendy decor, very comfortable

This property was spacious and calming. Even though right downtown, we slept very well without any problem. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure was excellent. We would stay here again.

Awesome experience.

We stayed one night in Sheridan and chose this property over a traditional hotel because it looked cool and wanted to try something different. We were not disappointed. The location was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants and nightlife. The loft style architecture was very cool, the construction was done well and fairly recent. The inside was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kids slept on the pullout couch with no complaints. I definitely recommend this property and will be booking it the next time I’m in town.

Needs some fine tuning.

This is a very cute and well decorated unit. The check in was seamless, but there was a miscommunication at the management level and the unit had not been cleaned. After contacting the host, a cleaner arrived shortly, and I went to dinner. The manager called it a “freshening” and that’s about what it was. There was hair in the tub, and dirt on the floor. The bed was made, the wet towels were removed, but there was only ONE towel left in the bathroom. No hand towels or washcloths. Only one bath towel, and no bath mat. I contacted the host after my visit and explained my issues and they wrote me a nice letter of apology, but no offer to discount any part of my visit. This is not an inexpensive property and for the price it should be perfect.
