The bungalow is located on a quiet residential street with sidewalks, just around the corner from the hockey and skate rink, a church, private elementary school, and a couple blocks from Main St. There is plenty of street parking or in the driveway.

For your security and peace of mind, the exterior of the home is equipped with safety features:
An exterior Ring camera (motion-activated) is located near the front door.
A second exterior Ring camera (motion-activated) is on the garage, facing the back door.
These cameras are used for security purposes and to verify the number of guests and pet declarations.
Please be assured there are no cameras inside the home.
Additionally, three motion-activated lights are fitted on the exterior for enhanced visibility and safety after dark.
