“Such a cute, cozy little cottage! The guest house was very clean, charming, and decorated so nicely. I really appreciated all the little thoughtful extras, like having ice already in the freezer, bottles of water in the fridge, and even the little cups of coffee creamer. Those are such small things, but they really make a stay feel more comfortable. I also loved having the list of local places to eat and things to do. I always appreciate recommendations, especially when I’m staying somewhere...

“This tiny home is adorable and the view of the pond at night with the lights is magical. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Downtown Denison being 10 minutes away made leaving for food or other necessities very quick and easy. We weren't able to enjoy sitting outside much due to the weather, but we managed to see some fireflies at night! Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.”

“Had a great stay. The only problem was hot tub not cleaned so we did not use and never found the sandy beach,”

“Nice clean place. Lots of outdoor space to utilize. Shopping and dinning close by in Dennison. When we visit this area we go to our favorite restaurant the Jalapeno Tree. Private boat ramp and a Corp of engineers ramp available a few miles north. Many fishing guides available for striper fishing. Striper fishing is main reason I visit this area. Enjoyed our stay despite the rain.”

“This pink cottage was the perfect place for a family gathering. The house was unique and beautiful inside and out. The host thoughtfully provided for every need and many wants. There was plenty of sleeping space, along with extra linens, cozy blankets and pillows. The visiting space was thoughtfully laid out with conversation areas inside and out.”
