“I like the calm and the private baths. ”

“Everything was lovely except for the air conditioning in the cabin was insufficient during the hot days. It was very hot inside and only was it bearable at night as it rained with the windows wide open. The onsen should be included in the price. I found it overall expensive, especially the buffet dinner. Karuizawa overall has too many tourists - the food quality was very high and so were the prices.”

“The general staff were helpful and friendly. The room, I stayed for the second time in a period of two months and no upgrades were made. I intend to come again next month November 2026 and I will definitely see how good this Hotel is. ( the restaurant is pricey but good. The room small but the beds are excellent comfortable.”
