The kitchen and shower room were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We had a barbecue in the garden, and everything was provided for us except the ingredients—it was perfect. The ocean was just a short walk away, and at night we enjoyed the sounds of summer insects and a sky full of stars. We would love to stay here again.”

“Great Riokan and facilities. The open-air onsen accessible only by zipcar would be a destination of its own. If you are planning a trip to Oboke Gorge and the Iya Valley, this would be the wisest option. Just consider the CRAZY zigzagging roads made out of impossible curves to drive all around the valley.
