“Our experience pre and during our stay was excellent. From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water....

“The reception is on the second floor and we missed it initially as we were looking for ground floor reception counter.
Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city.
The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need.
The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people...
