From booking our luggage and bike package to delivering our bikes, and helping us to organise dinner options, taxis, and change of last minute cycle plans when the weather turned inclement, it was all handled professionally and we felt very well looked after. To say that the staff are helpful, friendly and efficient is an understatement. They made our stay here memorable. The accommodation was well designed with great views across the water....

Once arrived at the reception, we were immediately greeted by friendly patient staff who arranged for luggage storage to allow us to start exploring the city. The amenities were available near the reception area, as guests can just collect ones that they need. The rooms we had were spacious, spotless clean and very homely. The bathroom and toilet are separate and allow 2 people...

“Great Riokan and facilities. The open-air onsen accessible only by zipcar would be a destination of its own. If you are planning a trip to Oboke Gorge and the Iya Valley, this would be the wisest option. Just consider the CRAZY zigzagging roads made out of impossible curves to drive all around the valley. Really beautiful to see, a little nightmare to drive through. Two way roads where you would barely have space for one small car where you would constantly be looking at the mirrors at every...
