“My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF.
