“The staff is lovely and the effort the hotel put in to give you a taste of the local life, culture and history is amazing! I would always stay in an Omo Hotel if I could 💕”

“Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice.”

“Ogata san was very helpful and cheerful. We feel very welcome. The view of Kumamoto castle was great and we even saw the light show.”

“Amazing hotel”

“Excelente ”
