“perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! ”

“Excelente experiencia. Me llevaron hasta el parque de monos que es maravilloso y de noche al onsen de un hotel histórico. La entrada al onsen estaba incluida con mi hospedaje, hermosa piscina exterior en un ambiente natural lleno de vegetación y obras de arte.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. ”

“Una experiencia única, imprescindible mente abierta para poder probar el onsen público, así como la comida (no todo es sushi y ramen en Japón!). Sitio de lujo, muy bien ubicado para ir a pie a ver a los monos del Snow Monkey Park y personal super dedicado.”

“Communication: easy to communicate with the owners via whatsapp prior to our arrival and once we were there to organise shuttles etc.
Staff: whilst we were there, the owners were away however Alex looked after all of our requests. He was friendly, approachable and always willing to help at all hours of the day.
Room: We stayed in the 'run of the house' room which had plenty of space. There was a heater in the room along with a (I dont know the name) small table you sit on the floor at and can...
