“Our recent stay at the cottage was a beautiful escape into the natural beauty of U.P. The spacious cabin provided a comfortable space, perfect for relaxing. We found everything we needed to prepare meals and be comfortable. The location is between Munising and Grand Marais, so it was very convenient. We did notice that the cleanliness of the property could have been improved. While the home was well-equipped for a comfortable stay, a more thorough cleaning would have made our stay better....

“We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to stay. The lady who checked us in was friendly. The cottage was roomy for our party of 3 plus dog. We didn't cook but it was nice to have kitchen facilities, plates, and silverware for heating up left-overs for breakfast before hitting the road. We would stay again if in the area. ”

“The house is immaculately clean and very cozy with cute decor matching the surroundings. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, even measuring cups and baking sheets. There is a gas grill outside and a nice deck with the view of the woods. Julie is a wonderful host, responded to my messages immediately. We needed some Epsom salt for our dog’s wound bath the night we got to the house. I asked Julie where the local place to get it would be, and she showed up at our door...

“Nicely renovated upper studio. Deck stairs to balcony are a bit rough, so watch your hands. Street light from business parking a bit annoying when trying to sleep. Kitchen had all the basics available for use. Great place to use as a "home" base and advenure out around the middle of the penninsula. I would stay again! ”
