We arriveerden toen het restaurant bijna sloot maar het was geen probleem om nog voor ons vieren te bestellen! Ontzettend gezellige sfeer, leuk binnenpleintje waar live muziek was en een ontzettend mooie kamer voor zijn vieren.

Lovely little village. Hotel/Pub accommodation was okay. Rooms very clean. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom good with decent shower. Tea & coffee facilities in room. Pub good & restaurant good with good choice of food. Only down side was No air con & was so hot in the rooms, even with portable fan going, had to have window open all night which was noisy & still didn't help really! Apart from that, nice place to stay for a night

Extremely hot room even though a fan was available- windows wouldn’t open as secondary glazing to stop noise from road … Avoid heatwave days ! I would ask for a back room another time. Breakfast not available until 9 am which isn’t helpful if working ! On a positive note staff very friendly and helpful!

Photos give a very different impression to the reality. Building is very tired and was locked when we arrived early afternoon. Room was extremely small, with a very tiny en-suite. No curtains only blinds on the window meant that we were woken early by the early morning sun. Property is on a very busy, noisy road.

A bit complicated getting up to the room through multiple stairs & narrow/short passage ways - especially if you have luggage. The blinds above one bed were missing, so the bright light woke us up at 5 am... And hazard all over - wooden beams going across the bed so if you sat up abruptly- you hit your head. The bathroom too had a beam going across and you had to duck to use the toilet or shower. Surprised these issues are permissible for a lodging facility...

Splendid hosts

We had a superb 2 night stay here, this past weekend. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, rooms very quiet and comfortable and the food was excellent. It’s great to see what has been done with this Inn.

Very friendly welcome and a lovely little hotel. Excellent price and a nice big room. The only issue was the heating seemed to be broken in the room so there was a small space heater. It was difficult to gauge what setting to have the heater on and so I woke in the middle of the night very hot and had to adjust it. The bathroom was also very cold. Otherwise a very nice and comfortable stay.
