This shot was actually taken just outside Winton, 180km from Longreach! I wish I knew how to add locations to Trover! Lol. I love Winton because it's the really real Aussie outback. The dinosaur museum is world class and well worth a visit and a tour. The food is great at Tattersalls pub and the rooms are clean and cool at the North Gregory.
Small airport. Tip: if you don't have pick up organised, there are no taxi's outside waiting.

Incredibly beautiful accommodation. The attention to detail is so thoughtful, with charming hints of old Australian life everywhere you look. The renovation has been done with real care, blending history and comfort perfectly. A truly special place to stay

pick up and return to meet train most appreciated. Room yery old western style ,had everything I needed incl. a kitchenette .rooms spaceous and clean. TV. worked well. Central location to town centre.Well priced compared with some popular motels. Iwill stay there again

Excellent place to stay, close pubs and restaurants. Some parts of the bathroom were a little bit dirty and could do with an extra clean but other than that I will be back!
