“The hotel cleanliness was spot clean. The all you can eat included breakfast was amazing. Hotel staff was helpful with answering questions on how to get to your next hotel destination as well as helping with assisting with your luggage delivery. Has an onsen on the top floor however individuals with tattoos are not allowed entry which is understandable. Hotel is roughly a 25 minute walk to the heart of Sapporo (big nikka sign) and its entertainment / major shopping areas.”
