We loved having a park across the street and walking to the imperial palace grounds. The buffet breakfast is great and a real treat. The pool is disappointing as it was an additional charge and was not at all family friendly ( small yet filled with lap swimmers). The rooms are good but do feel dated and need a few updates to them. Overall they have great service and we enjoyed our stay!

Hotel Chinzanso was an amazing property! Truly felt like a 5 star experience all around. The staff are incredibly helpful and the amenities are fantastic. The gardens are stunning and peaceful, we even got to see the Fireflies which was beautiful! Only con I can think of was the location was a little far from the subways so we ended up using taxis most of the time.
All in all I’d give it a 9.5/10.
