  • 81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

    There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

    Entering the home you’ll be positioned in the open-plan living hub with stylish furnishings and chic fixtures with the accents of comfortable soft neutral finishes that make for a luxurious and welcoming ambience. The living area has a split system air-conditioner, free Wifi and a large wall mounted Smart TV.

    There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, complete cooking facilities and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

    With an emphasis on bringing people together with the large undercover entertainment area flowing off the dining area, this house has been artfully designed for both family intimacy and entertaining. The outdoor area is a great place for alfresco dining and cooking up a storm on the gas BBQ. Fully enclosed back yard which is great for the kids to run around or a family game of cricket and a stunning new in-ground pool that the kids and adults will love splashing around in.

    Sleeping 10 guests across 4 bedrooms, it is ideal for families, three bedrooms are located in the house and a sleep-out room which is accessible within the undercover outdoor entertaining area. All bedrooms have linen and bed making provided, ceiling fans and the master bedroom also providing an ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

    The renovated main bathroom is a 3-way design which gives a separate bath and shower area along with a separate toilet and vanity area, a very easy, usable design for larger groups of guests. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable, the convenience of supplying a highchair, port-a-cot, 4 push bikes and beach chairs is fantastic as there is less you have to pack in the car.

    There is an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer, the property has a double carport.

    (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
    (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

    After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

    If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Weekend stay in Shoal Bay

Booked property via Stayz. All completed online. Easy and quick. Property was clean and well set out. Furniture was very coastal. 3 bedrooms and a sleep out. En-suite and 3 way bathroom. Everything was provided. Great outdoor area with BBQ. Walking distance to the beach. Quiet area with minimal to no traffic. Coffee within 7 minute walk. Highly recommend. Nicely renovated. We will be back!

Great property!

Amazing property, clean and beautiful! Only downside was there was very poor communication from the real estate. Had to even message the day of finding out how to access the property and was messaged to pick keys up from a different location. Just very unclear and not communicated at all until I reached out. Other than that- I would stay again! Area was stunning!

Great property!

Had such a good weekend staying at this house. Rooms were great but it would have been good for internal access to 4th bedroom. Spacious and comfortable property, would definitely stay there again.

Perfect

Great house.. perfect for our family.. loved the outdoor area. nice and close to everything. Will be back. A vacuum cleaner and bike pump would be a handy addition.
