The friendly and wonderful staff made this stay really comfortable. I am not used to having hotel staff as helpful and friendly as this hotel has and I mean anywhere in the Caribbean!

Property was VERY clean. We have been to almost every island in the Caribbean and we will usually see bugs in the domiciles but. Not once did we see a bug. The entire staff were very friendly. Check in was smooth and check out was unremarkable. We had an excellent stay and would definitely return. Anguilla is a beautiful island!

The staff are super friendly and provided useful tips and recommendations. When we needed more towels they were delivered quickly. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the beach. Everything on the island was within 30 minutes drive so the location was perfect.

Property was beautiful with lush greenery. Denise was super helpful during check in. And we were just a short walk down the road to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Food next door was out of this world. Would stay here anytime we’re back in Anguilla

The gardens on property are so pretty and interesting to learn about. Our 3rd floor walk up to our corner studio room had a romantic plantation feel, it was very clean and large, and the bathroom also had a large double shower heads with plenty of room for 2 guests.

Check in staff was amazing, rooms are basic lacking mirrors I had to wait for my husband to get out the shower for me to do my hair & makeup there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. You will sweat when getting ready in the bathroom. The electricity shut off random causing delays in getting ready due to no lights to see. I did my makeup while lights were flashing to save time and get to appointments on time. Dirty comforters eww needs to work on better cleanliness it smells like mold throughout.

Room was very nicely laid out, spacious and clean, fantastic terrace. Towels changed and bins emptied daily, otherwise no cleaning or bedmaking, but this was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly, we saw them at arrival and departure. The location is great, right next to the absolutely fabulous Shoal Bay beach, about a five minute walk and about another 15 minutes across the beach to Ola‘s beach cafe where the Fountain offers free chairs and parasols. The pool is very pretty but not serviced regularly - perhaps that‘s why it wasn‘t used a lot. On the other hand, with the most beautiful beach next door, who needs a pool?

Enjoyed the short stay. We were suppose to arrive on Sunday August 4th but flight was cancelled and didn’t get there until Wednesday August 7th.

This property is located about a five minute walk from the beach and walking distance from a few other accommodations. I stayed in a garden studio. Very spacious with A/C, two queen sized beds, dresser, wardrobe, mini fridge and television. The bathroom was spacious also, with twin sinks and shower heads. Denise was the star of The Fountain for my stay. Very helpful with arrangements of transportation from and to the airport and elsewhere. Staying at The Fountain also gives access to Zemi - (Hilton) beach chairs, lounge and restaurants.

el paraiso llamado ANGUILLA

anguilla es un paraiso no0s fue bien pero voy a volver a otra playa donde esta el Carimar ahi me gusto mas el complejo the fountain es muy lindo pero muy solitario y no hay casi o poca atencion a la gente falta personal. Entonces voy a volver a anguila pero no ahi aunque la pase muy bien los dptos. tienen absolutamente de TODOOOOOOOO

I stayed in the Tamarind suite, it was very nice and clean. The staff was super nice, friendly and very helpful. The property is well maintained however not located on the beach, you must use an access road to get down there. While there is no restaurant on site there is a great cafe called Hank’s near the property. You will need a car as this hotel is at the end of Shoal Bay. I used a driver which can be expensive after a few days but manageable. The Zemi Beach resort next door has a great restaurant and spa that guests at the Fountain are allowed to enjoy. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. I traveled alone and felt very safe in my surroundings. Once you do get to the beach it is amazing and there are plenty of small restaurants/ beach bars.

The hotel is very close to the best beach of Anguilla, but the structure per se is not great. Check out is too early, they do not clean the room every day and do not refill water and coffee. The amenities on the property are ok, but not great.

Communication with the staff was great, friendly, helpful. The property is on the smaller side, which I loved. When I was there, I think I only saw a total of 6 other guests. I had the pool to myself each night, which was truly lovely...but I am sure it is more crowded during other parts of the season. The room was clean and fresh, with AC that functioned marvelously. The studio I was in was on the third floor with a great balcony, high ceilings, lounge space, mini fridge/toaster/micro and coffee pot, etc. Bed and pillows were super comfy and clean, plenty of towels, too. Bonus was being able to do a load of laundry right outside my room door. Perhaps the best thing was walking past out the back gate to the path/trail that leads you to a gorgeous beach and access to the fancy resort next door. Fountain has no restaurant or food items for sale, so if you don't have a car bring some things with you (snacks, drinks). The place next door is pricey but has restaurants & a boutique. A couple minutes walk down the beach are few places to dine/drink and lounge. Improvements that would make a difference for guests: If the Fountain office sells just a few convenience items (chips, cookies, candy, pelligrino or sodas. One shelf with a couple baskets of these things). I didn't feel safe on the path after dark. The toaster and coffee maker are all on a tall shelf making it hard to use, having those on a lower shelf is needed. All in all, I will definitely come back.

Veldig fint rom og fint område. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en studio leilighet. Det eneste negative med det var at det var veldig lytt fra hovedleiligheten og vi hørte mye av det naboene drev med gjennom døra som skilte leilighetene. Bassenget var litt skittent. Ingen frokost tilgjengelig og ingen butikker i nærheten. Litt avhengig av leiebil. Verdens fineste strand rett ved.
