Fire inside a nice touch.Its a very minimal house though & maintenance of the property is lacking, flyscreens need updating, falling off several windows, broken & worn out locks on most windows, lighting in the living room isn’t good, extremely bright ceiling lights which don't dim & no light over dining table, several light switches didn’t work! “Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.”
