Shoal Cottage - Nuevo listado de casas de playa

Una cabaña original en la playa que ha sido recientemente renovada para brindar ese antiguo encanto vacacional con todas las comodidades modernas.

De un solo nivel y totalmente vallado, Shoal Cottage es apto tanto para niños como para perros, y con un gran jardín trasero cerrado hay mucho espacio para jugar y relajarse.

Situado en el centro, a solo 3 minutos a pie del río ya 5 minutos a pie de la playa, las tiendas y el Heads Hotel, esta casa de vacaciones tiene que ver con la ubicación.

La casa contiene un dormitorio principal con una cama queen size y otros dos dormitorios, uno con una cama litera king size y el otro con dos camas individuales. Hay un baño familiar que incluye bañera y ducha, una sala de estar / comedor con puertas que dan a una terraza cerrada y césped y una cocina moderna con encimera de gas y lavavajillas. Otras comodidades incluyen lavadora, televisión inteligente, sistema de aire acondicionado / calefacción, internet inalámbrico, altavoz Bluetooth, barbacoa de gas, ducha exterior y pozo de fuego.

Shoalhaven Heads es el lugar perfecto para explorar la costa sur de Nueva Gales del Sur y está a dos horas en coche al sur de Sydney. Hay mucho que ver y hacer con aspectos destacados que incluyen el pintoresco pueblo de Berry (12 minutos), las vibrantes ciudades costeras de Gerringong / Gerroa (15 minutos) y tres bodegas locales a 5 minutos en coche. El pueblo en sí está bien equipado con varias tiendas y cafeterías locales, un fantástico pub local, un club de bolos y el recientemente abierto restaurante de alta cocina Bangalay Villas. La piscina local al aire libre (abierta de noviembre a marzo) está a 3 minutos a pie de la casa. Such an amazing stay. Very responsive host. Very comforting house. Plenty of parking and easy access. Great house for pets. Throwing a ball in the big backyard. Very comfortable cottage with lovely beach vibe. Everything is in good working order and the hosts have thoughtfully provided little extras you could want. Very clean and fresh feel inside. Great secure big back yard for a pet friendly stay. A very convenient base to enjoy the river and beachside walks in this lovely area.

My family and I, including our dog, had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at Shoal Cottage. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Heaters in every room kept us warm and cosy and the fire pit was also a great addition. The dog was VERY impressed with the off-leash beach, especially as it was so close to the house! We’ll definitely come back again.

Our stay at Shoal Cottage was nothing short of delightful. The cottage exudes warmth and comfort, equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway. The backyard was a highlight; our two dogs had ample space to run and play safely, thanks to the fully fenced yard. It's genuinely pet-friendly, aligning perfectly with its description—a rarity in our past experiences. The single-level layout and proximity to the beach added to the convenience, making it an ideal retreat for both humans and their furry companions.

Lovely cottage in Shoalhaven heads

Shoal Cottage was a lovely relaxing place for our trip. Our child loved the bunk beds!! There were a lot of great things for her actually with a backyard, sandpit, toys and games. We loved spotting birds from the backyard and out by the river. Mozzies were pretty bad at the time and we really appreciated the can of Aerogard available when we arrived. Lifesaver!

Relaxing Getaway

This was the second time our family stayed at Shoal Cottage. The house and large fenced yard are fantastic and it’s in such a good location - close to the beach, river, shops and parks. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful stay. Lots of walks along the beautiful beach, a day in Berry and a bit of cycling too. The cottage is very comfortable and the yard was great for our dog. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows on the fire pit and appreciated Netflix. Great communication from Laura. Would love to come back again.

Awesome

Our family of three (plus our dog) loved staying at Shoal Cottage. The sunny backyard was so nice we spent hours out there every day, and the house was also perfect for a relaxing break. We went for long walks on the beach (after coffee and doughnuts from the surf club kiosk) and also enjoyed walking along the river at dusk. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Clean Property, Perfect location

We had such a nice extra long weekend stay at shoal cottage.. was rather comfortable & so clean & tidy. We loved the close proximity to everything.. beach, river, pump track, doggy park, pub, cafe, takeaway shops.. the woodfire pizza place up the road was one of the best we’ve tasted. Hopefully we’ll get back down there soon.. Thankyou Laura

Home Away from Homr

The stay wasn't long enough. Everything we needed was there, even a dog bowl & a mat. A bottle of sparkling & beer were waiting for us and the whole experience felt as though a friend had let us stay. Everything we needed to know about the local area was at our disposal and we can only wish to stay longer to explore it all. It was an absolutely perfect getaway from the stress of life. Bruce (our white labrador) had an absolute ball and probably enjoyed his time away more than we did. We will definitely be back and for much longer to appreciate the beauty and comfort that shoal cottage and shoalhaven has to offer.
