“Room was exceptionally clean, cosy and a nice outlook. Didn’t interact verbally with any staff as all done online before and after arrival and had a code for KeyLock emailed to me. Asked for a late check out of 11am , 8 weeks before arrival date but unable to accommodate which was disappointing. Bit pricey for a Tuesday night stay at $350+ a night,but probably taking advantage of Jimmy Bs 70th Birthday Bash (which we attended) as everything was booked out. Would definitely stay again. “The staff were lovely and very accommodating throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are quite dated, which was a little disappointing given the price point of $450+ per night. Our room was located directly above a wedding reception, and the noise was very loud until after 11pm. I think rooms on that side of the property would be better allocated to wedding guests, as it would likely have less impact on their stay.
