We came to town for our family reunion at Melvin’s Landing. The property’s location and proximity to the reunion activities, Starbucks, Walgreens and the airport was perfect!

This little cottage was just perfect for our recent stay. Chris the property owner was very prompt on communication, with detailed instructions for everything. It was a fabulous retreat while we visited family. Would definitely stay here again.

March Madness Trip

We had a very comfortable stay in Shreveport. This home is located in a charming, historical area that is clearly being invested in so we enjoyed the lovely homes and the cafe that was taken with our home. The area was safe and quiet and just quaint and totally worth a revisit.The hosts were communicative and kind. They seemed to really bc are that we enjoyed our time, which we appreciate.

Wrestling LHSAA state tournament

Stayed with family at this nice quiet house for our sons state wrestling tournament instead of a loud busy hotel. Payed less than what we would have at a hotel and got to spend time with family! Nice area with a lot of great restaurants near by!

We stayed a weekend in this beautiful house in Shreveport. Everything was great a communication with landlords was fast and efficient. Southern charm at it’s best!

Beautiful home! This house was easy to find with quick on and off access to the highway. Centrally located with everything we needed nearby. We enjoyed our quick stop passing through.

Memorial for Mom & Dad 2025

The house was perfect! Very clean and great location. Casinos were nearby. We just enjoyed family time together. We are in Shreveport every year around the same time so we would rent this beautiful home again. Henrietta

This home was just as described in the pictures. We had an awesome stay Chris was available and quick to respond. The area had a power outage within minutes there where flashlights and laterns for each room.(20 min outage) Thanks Chris!! The area was very nice and safe. Thanks again Chris for hosting us, cant wait to return.

Post Op recovery stay

This home was perfect for my post operation recovery stay while in Shreveport. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The home’s “side street” is busy, but didn’t really bother us too much.

Family Getaway

This is a beautifully decorated, comfortable, family-friendly home in a well-developed, quiet neighborhood. The owner is easy to reach and very responsive. I plan to use it again and highly recommend it. We enjoyed our stay.
