“An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...

“Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here.”

“This was a perfect place to stay in the countryside for our needs. Emma and Richard are lovely hosts who respect privacy but are contactable if needed. The barn conversion is lovely and the surrounding countryside makes it easy to explore. You may hear the odd train scoot by in the distance once or twice a day, but it's not invasive given the rest of the day is just birdsong and serenity. Dora is a lovely cat who visited us most mornings and evening, just to say hello, which really made the stay...
