“Safe in room was not working, reported to receptionist who stated that maintenance would fix the following morning. This did not happen, safe still not working 2nd evening.
Tv in room had European language channels and lesser known English terrestrial channels, but none of the main channels such as BBC, ITV, Ch4 or Skynews.
BBC news was however on the large screen in reception.”

“We didn't used the pool or other facilities but out room was amazing, fab breakfast and great price. The receptionist, (her name began with an M), was truly lovely and a real credit to the hotel.”
