The resort itself is amazing. Staff is great too! But here comes the issues - extremely loud environment, unruly children running around(I have a 6 year old boy, but he has never been allowed to act like all other children), no adult supervision until early morning hours, security doesn’t do anything, parents don’t care! The parents drink until 3 am and shout, not talk in the common areas. The disco music is extremely loud, windows and walls are thin! And around 3 am when you think that you can get sleep the cleaning crew starts moving tables and the sound is horrible! Air conditioning is set to 23 C and you can’t adjust it lower. It’s monitored and managed by guest relations. Get a higher floor room not over pool to avoid the disturbance. The food is so so. Don’t even waste your time with the A La Cart restaurants especially the Asian one - you will be waiting for something that has nothing to do with sushi or Mongolian beef, tasteless small portions. You are better off eating at the Sunset main buffet style restaurant. Variety is ok. The other good restaurant is the 24/7 one in the end of the resort Waterworld. Coffee shop and patisserie’s are good. The beach is so so - has some rocks in the beginning and sand afterwards. Very small! The pool facilities are great - they get very crowded and people are keeping sun lounges from 8 am with their towels. The best part of our trip was the spa center - amazing massage options and facials. Old town Side is a must visit!

Unser Aufenthalt im Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa war rundum gelungen! Besonders begeistert war ich vom leckeren Essen – es gab eine große Auswahl, die Qualität war top und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Animationen, die für viel Unterhaltung gesorgt haben, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es absolut weiterempfehlen!

This hotel was okay, however if you are looking to be on the beach this hotel is not for you, the beach was far and needed a shuttle- the beach was also not kept up and has brown sand making the water appear dirty. I would not stay at this property again.

Fantastisk semesterupplevelse! 🌞

Vi är otroligt nöjda med hela vistelsen! Allt var verkligen toppen – från maten till personalen och servicen. Maten var varierad, fräsch och alltid god – både till frukost, lunch och middag. Det fanns något för alla smaker, även för barnen. Personalen var alltid vänlig, hjälpsam och gjorde verkligen det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas. Vattenparken var en riktig höjdare – både för stora och små. Rent, säkert och full av roliga aktiviteter hela dagen. Poolområdena var också välskötta och det fanns gott om solstolar. Vi kände oss väl omhändertagna från första stund och kommer definitivt att komma tillbaka. Rekommenderas varmt till både familjer och par som vill koppla av och ha kul!

Oda temiz değildi bebek yatağı ise yere sıfır bir park yataktı ve bebeğimizin ayı ile uyumlu değildi beşik yok dediler. Odaki mini bar yetersizdi hep aynı yemekler vardı öğlen kahvaltı iyi pastanesi vasat akşam yemeği orta diyebiliriz. Havuz yeterli.Animasyon zayıf otopark yok...Fena değil genel itibariyle temizlik çok sıkıntılı.. Her yerde oda koridorlar kötü kokuyor. Bir daha gelir miyiz. Hayır! Elendi! Ortalamanın altında

+ Friendly and good service + Overall appearance clean + Versatile services at the hotel + Beach shuttle + Very cheerful cleaners - Children's cocktails poorly available - Fruit only whole - Very limited selection at the beach bar - Drinks served to the tables at the buffet restaurant We were there during the opening week so it's understandable that things are still finding their place. Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa. Ich hatte durch die negativen Bewertungen echt Angst, dass wir ein Horror Hotel erwischt haben. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Besonders die Poollandschaft und der Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig, auch wenn die Einrichtung nicht mehr die neueste ist. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt sind die zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe! Perfekt, wenn man mal spontan etwas braucht. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Es gibt wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Auch die Familienfreundlichkeit hat uns überzeugt: Mit Kindern fühlt man sich hier willkommen, und das Personal war überwiegend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Ich hatte bereits im Juli eine E-Mail wegen eines Late Check-outs geschickt, auf die leider nie geantwortet wurde. Vor Ort haben wir dann mehrfach nachgefragt, wurden jedoch nur vertröstet und am Ende wurde es uns trotz eines drei Monate alten Babys nicht ermöglicht. Das war wirklich schade und hätte unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Trotzdem hatten wir insgesamt einen erholsamen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen. :-) mit der Hoffnung, dass der Service rund um die Kommunikation und Organisation noch verbessert wird.

Nous avons passé un super séjour! Point positifs: chambre familial spacieuse et literie très confortable Piscine et toboggan super ! Plusieurs Restaurants très bons dont un 24/24h Boissons à volonté, plusieurs bars, c'est un vrai petit village avec tout à volonté :D Point négatifs: Nous avons réserver pour 3 lits (comme sur les photos) et à notre arrivée on nous mis dans une chambre 1lit 2 personnes et un canapé lit, nous avons dû refuser la chambre pour avoir la vrai chambre comme sur les photos. Mais la réception a tout de suite compris notre déception et nous a trouver une autre chambre pour nous satisfaire :) La plage n'est pas très belle et le stand sport nautiques et extrêmement cher! Et il nous ont dit que comme nous étions du Crystal nous ne pouvions passer que par eux pour faire une activité bateau jet ski ect alors qu'en marchant un peu plus sur la droite nous avons trouver un stand bien moins cher qui nous on accepter ;) (mais ça ce n'est pas à cause de l'hôtel mais juste un conseil pour les futurs voyageurs) Musique un peu trop fort au bord de la piscine ainsi que lors des soirées dehors Les chambres sont très mal isolé (prévoir boules quies) C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cette hôtel et Mis à part les points négatifs j'ai fait plusieurs hôtels à Side et il reste le meilleur au niveau qualité/prix Je recommande pour passer un séjours en famille avec les enfants c'est un super hôtel
