For my one night stay it was tolerable. Due to all the guests for the eclipse on 4/8/24. The water heater was broken, cold shower and toilet issues. Staff was great but you could tell frustrated when letting them know issues and very apologetic. This hotel needs a total make over, torn down and rebuilt. Needs TLC.

This location was convenient to our weekend plans, but other than that I would not stay again. Waired 10 minutes for staff to check in. Very outdated. Room not overly clean. Bed was comfortable, but the bed sheets were clearly old and worn and the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. Water was hot, but towels about the size of hand towel and worn. Furniture in room broken. Given the appearance of the room we didn’t even attempt breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Very dated property. We think it was clean but it was hard to tell because everything was so old and rundown. Would not ever stay again. The staff was not rude but they also weren’t very friendly and helpful

The Front Desk demanded $100 CASH ONLY per person upon check in. They would not accept a credit card. Not only is this not clear on the hotel page, my guests could not check in and had to go to another hotel. Days Inn also would not refund my money for the whole stay for 7 guests. very unethical business. Hotel lobby dirty & run down. BUYER BEWARE!

I am sorry that your guest's experience did not meet their expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that your guests had to go to a different hotel. I would humbly state that your guests were employees of a business and their reservations were prepaid. A credit card authorization form signed by the business owner or a finance executive for incidentals was missing. Reservations were in one employee's name and a different individual whose name was not on reservation offered his credit card for incidentals, which we did not accept and instead requested a refundable cash deposit for incidentals. At check out, the housekeeper inspects the room to make sure everything is in order and the cash deposit gets refunded. You made a non-cancellable / non-refundable reservation through a third party and NOT with the hotel. We were generous enough to cancel and refund money for 4 days. One must be thankful for that. Aaron, we take pride in keeping our hotel clean.Here at Days Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.Thank You.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
When you check in they make you pay a $100 cash deposit. Nowhere is that listed on the website when you book the room. They only gave 2 washcloths and towels for 3 of us. The sink barely drained. The tv screen was broke and had lines thru it. The shower curtain was ripped and water leaked everywhere. Was not an enjoyable experience

I was concerned at first. Few cars in the lot. Able to get a room in short notice while country concert was going on. Had trouble getting hotel to answer the phone with the number listed on hotel.com. BUT BIG SURPRISE room was very clean. Beds and pillows fantastic. Desk clerk great.

Cash Deposit? No Thanks
Booked our room earlier in the day so it would be ready for when we got there. Paid for it and everything. We then came to check in later that night, no one was at the front desk. No bell. Had to walk around and find the lady who was working. She was quite rude. Insisted that we had to pay $100 cash deposit before we could stay in our room. No where in my receipt or while I was checking out online did it say I'd have to pay a cash deposit. My room was already paid for. No great service. Next maybe include that you have to pay a deposit after you already paid for your room.

Hello Terrance,Regret to know that you had to go through the inconvenience after making a prepaid reservation.The policy at Days Inn Sidney is that we request a 100 cash deposit for incidentals. At check-out, 100 cash deposit is refunded after house keeping checks the room to make sure everything is in order and that the guest had not smoked in the room.. This place was very clean and staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! Will stay here again for sure. Great price, clean rooms, comfortable beds, close to everything. A little outdated, but has that homey feel. Breakfast not so good. not much variety and no single serve items, buffet style, cereal n bagels, no fresh fruits.

It was like buying a used car from a friend. The radio was busted, rust is everywhere, but it still drives. This hotel would be good if you needed a place to sleep for a night, but I would not recommend “staying “

The staff was very nice and helpful but the parking lot was totally empty and the whole place had a neglected feel about it. I didn't think it was even open at first because the parking lot was totally devoid of cars. I walked up to the lobby and spotted a light on inside and was amazed when I found the doors to be unlocked. I stood at the empty counter and shortly the attendant spotted me and was very helpful and checked me in quickly. She gave me my choice of rooms - she showed me both and I picked the one I wanted - which was very nice in this empty motel. She explained it was not their "busy" season plus they have had issues getting help. The room needed a little TLC - the bathroom sink faucet handle came off in my hands and there were holes in the curtains (like large pinholes) and the shower flow was very restricted but it was clean and very quiet and the WiFi functioned well. It actually was kinda creepy being here by myself, but all was good in the end.

No one was at the desk when we got there. I had to call multiple times with no answer. Finally had to call the 800 customer service #. They somehow tracked someone down and the man claimed he was there the whole time. Then we had to put down a $100 cash deposit that we weren't told about beforehand. The bath towels were small and sandpapery and there were no washrags or hand towels. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfy. We won't be staying there again.

Needs an upgrade but decent
Place needs a remodel. All in all it was decent the room was pretty clean except for dust in the vents, beds were very comfortable, we did not get fresh towels and washcloths daily so we had to go ask for them and trash was not emptied everyday. Staff was extremely nice it's just needs a facelift. Could be that they were understaffed so I hate to complain of that was the issue.

Ekstremt nedslitt, elendig service, mye støy av aircondition, dårlig isolering så mye støy fea freeway på rommet. Ingen frokost som lovet ved bestilling. Ankomst/ innsjekk mi te mest om en dårlig skrekkfilm fra 60-tallet, veldig hyggelig personell ved utsjekk. Har hatt en del motellopphold av varierende standard tidligere, men dette var definitivt det verste.

It was an OK place to get some rest, but a bit noisy since it was just off the shoulder of I-75. The inclusions for a stay here says "breakfast". Not so. The Covid thing is mostly in the past and if they're concerned about it then they should indicate that breakfast isn't included until they're good with it being in the past. With breakfast the price would have been a bit high, but without breakfast it was a lot high. Just my wife's and my opinion ya know.

Nice stay in Sidney.
We were treated great! The owners were so nice and helpful. Not a brand new motel,. but it was clean and quiet. If we need something from the staff they provided it. This was a great bargain. It is close enough to walk to breakfast at Bob Evans or WaffleHouse.
