Muy buen trato
Habitación correcta. Buena conexión wifi. Ubicación a 10 min de las principales atracciones turisticas de Siena. No dejeis de visitar la terraza que tienen, vistas increíbles. El personal muy atento y amable.

EL HOTEL ESTA COMO UN KM DE LA PLAZA ES UNA CASA DE TRES PISOS ADAPTADA A HOTEL. LAS HABITACIOONES SON COMODAS PERO FRIAS. PROBLEMAS A CON EL AIIRE ACONDICIONADO. LA TV FATAL NO YIENE ELEVADOR Y EL DESAYUNO ES ESCASO SI ERES MAYOR BUSCA UNO MAS CERCANOI. EL PERSONAL DE RECEPCION SOLO HABLA INGLES E ITALIANO. .

Location walking distance to Siena downtown
We got very late at the Hotel, i did not see messaje telling us about the schedule of the reception............then nobody was there.......but magically appear my HADA... Sophia, she forgot something then she came back to the hotel and she gave us all information about the Hotel....many thanks Sophia. We made check out, but........ i need to come back and ask for a dentist appointment... imagine at 2 pm in Europe.....appear another HADA... Ines, in 5 minutes she solved it.......... Thanks Ines as you said, you are "the best" THANKS

Hotel muy caro para lo que es.
No hay ascensor, además de un desayuno muy malo y racano. Tuvimos que pedir champu por que no lo reponen, el papel higiénico igual, y no es por que se les pasara si no por que la dueña es muy tacaña. Buena era la ubicación cerca del centro pero tranquilo

Everything about the property was handled very nicely. Convenient location to walking to all areas, great restaurants, nice rooftop patio on the property to relax after the day. Easy on street parking close to the property.

A small hotel with easy parking on the street. (They told me which side to park due to street cleaning). Very clean and staff is very friendly. The air conditioning is via the floor which was not enough air circulation for me so I asked for a fan and than it was great. Good walking distance to the center. Next time I’ll go back to it again.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and nice. The hotel was within a 15 minute walk from the town center. The area was quiet and safe. I highly recommend.

시에나 성당과 광장이 보이는 위치에 있는 곳이고 주변에 공원이 있다. 주차는 호텔옆에 충분한 공간이 있다. 아침이 좀 부실하긴 한데 평일이라 손님이 많지 않아 이해가 간다. 아주 조용하고 좋은 위치에 있다.

Sara was wonderful! So helpful and friendly. The property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance to the downtown area of Siena. We took a taxi to the Duomo on our first day so we could see where things were and then walked everywhere the rest of the time. An excellent room (we were ground floor and I don't think there were elevators so be careful if that is an issue). It was bright and airy and quite comfortable and clean.

Stay was excellent. We loved the location ! Staff was superb. Special shout out to Sara who was a huge help in planning, and especially during our stay ! Thank you so much ! Only possible suggestion could be broader breakfast choices.

Ein feines, kleines Hotel abseits des Trubels des Centro Storico. Selbiges ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sara(h?) hatte uns sehr freundlich empfangen und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Sehr saubere, helle und geräumige Zimmer inkl. USB Steckdosen. Einwandfreies und schnelles W-Lan. Schöne Dachterrasse um einen Aperitif mit Ausblick auf Siena zu nehmen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Dazu die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz reservieren zu können. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Un ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro
Ottima posizione per visitare Siena a piedi. Struttura molto pulita, personale cortese e professionale che supporta al meglio il turista con indicazioni utili sulla visita della città e dei borghi vicini. Colazione discreta nel rispetto delle disposizioni anti-Covid.

Sara and Diana made our experience wonderful at the hotel. Great infos and advices given to help us enjoy Sienna and surroundings! Gorgeous hotel located 5mn away from city center. Definitely recommend this place!

Hotel charmant, chambre très décevante
Points positifs : jolie villa, quartier calme, très agréable jardin pour boire un verre ou pour le petit-déjeuner. Service très sympathique, dont certains parlent français. Excellent petit-déjeuner, avec un large choix de pâtisseries, pains, gâteaux, mais aussi du jambon, du fromage, etc. Rien à redire sur la propreté. Points négatifs : la chambre qui nous fut attribuée était au rez-de-chaussée, et sans exagérer, notre porte donnait sur la réception. Une fois couchés, nous pouvions entendre le réceptionniste taper sur son clavier, et donc bien sur, chaque client qui rentrait ou sortait. Elle avait vue sur le jardin, ce qui est sympathique, mais quand on se réveille et qu'on ouvre les rideaux pour se retrouver nez-à-nez avec tous les autres clients qui prennent leur petit-déjeuner au jardin face à vos fenêtres, cela peut être un peu embarrassant. Vu les photos et les autres commentaires, la chambre était donc décevante. De plus, nous y avons eu froid. Finalement, l'emplacement de l'hotel est plus ou moins au centre, dans le sens où il vous faudra tout de même 15 minutes de marche pour accéder à la piazza del campo et plutôt 20 pour le Duomo, il vaut mieux donc ne rien avoir oublié à l'hôtel.

Feel like family, with the best view in the city
What can I say. This was our first time in Siena and my first time in Italy for some 28 years. Jimmy is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble for him and the rest of the staff. They have great knowledge of Siena and the surrounding area so you can really go and do and eat and drink like a local. The rooms are clean, well appointed and maintained excellently. The breakfast had just enough variation without being overwhelming and is a great start to the day. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Siena and the surrounding area. We base ourselves here for a whole week. Finally, the hotel’s terrace must have one of the best views of Siena, taking in the Duomo, Torre del Mangia and much more. I cannot recommend a stay here enough. If we visit Siena again we will definitely be staying here again.

全てのスタッフが笑顔が素敵でした。 とても静かで、今回リラックス・リフレッシュを目的に３度目のシエナでしたので大満足です。観光というよりも、のんびり旅をしたいと思い、少し離れていて不便かなと思っていたのですが、バスターミナルにも近く素敵なホテルだと思います。列車の駅からもタクシーで￥1000くらいでした。 ただ、ガーデンビューとはいえ、朝はそこで朝食を食べられる方がいらっしゃるので、窓は開けられず少し暗くて残念でした。

Vista de tirar o fôlego.
O hotel surpreendeu. Os staffs são maravilhosos. Em especial Jimmy e Valeria. Lembranças aos dois. Localização excelentes, há 10 min caminhada. Não tem estacionamento. Deixamos o carro no público. Sempre havia vagas e não tem custos. Café maravilhoso. O único senão é não ter elevador. Do terraço tem uma vista maravilhosa.

Great Hospitality
Great hospitality at this wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive, offering lots of advice and serving drinks on the scenic terrace. Our room was tastefully decorated with a lovely original fresco visible on the ceiling. Just a short walk into town with lots of restaurants nearby and free street parking outside. Our only complaint was that we visited during an unseasonably cold and wet patch of weather, yet the rooms were really hot at night with no fan or air conditioning which disturbed our sleep. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has the most fantastic location, an easy 2 minute walk into the main heart of the town and yet our bedroom window framed the skyline of Sienna perfectly. You also felt that all of the staff could not do enough for you.
