With a view of the green, beach location and evening sun, we offer you our 1-room.-Whg. (28 sqm) plus 8sqm balcony on the 7th floor; modern and timelessly furnished. A new fitted kitchen with dishwasher and other electrical appliances as well as an appealing bathroom with glass shower / toilet are available; also a good quality sofa bed with real slatted frame and a 150x200 mattress to fold out. A private parking space can be used free of charge. The "Hanspark" as well as a public one. Swimming pool are in the immediate / walking distance ...

Our locked apartment is located in a well-kept holiday complex from the 70s. Several apartments are rented out in the high season and very quiet in the low season. Our apartment is available for your sole use. It has its own bell and mailbox.

Note: The facade will be painted by April 2020 or possibly May 2020. There is a scaffold erected with transparent weather protection (see photo). Craftsmen are working in the area of our balcony from time to time. Rates during this time are discounted.

Our apartment was completely renovated in 2019. You will find a new, very well-equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with toilet and new glass shower. All floors are covered with vinyl laminate (except kitchen = tiled). The living space inside is approximately 28 square meters (non-smoking area :-)). The balcony has an 8 sqm roofed outside area (an ashtray is available here ;-)) ...

The living / sleeping area can be completely darkened by opaque and cold-resistant curtains.

WE PICK UP PER PERSON WITHOUT CHARGE:

In our holiday complex or in the immediate vicinity you will find:

Due to the direct location of our apartment / holiday complex on the beach or Hansapark is u. Depending on the wind direction, it is possible that voices can be heard from happy people present.

Other important information
The municipality of Sierksdorf, like all other resorts on the Bay of Lübeck, charges a tourism tax for adults in the period from May to September. Children under the age of 18 are free. The charge is € 1.30 per day and adult in May / September and € 2.60 for June / July / August. Arrival and departure days are considered as one day. You can find more information on the WWW under "Sierksdorf". We as hosts are obliged to collect the city tax. You will then receive the so-called Ostseecards from us either by post with all other documents or, if necessary, personally on site. You can transfer the amount to be paid directly to us before your arrival. sen. As a tip: the Ostseecard offers many advantages on site. Information can also be found on the Internet ..

Last but not least:

We hand over keys, Baltic Sea cards ("Kurkarten") as well as information about your stay and your own parking space, depending on the situation, personally on site or with the German Post approximately 1 week before your arrival (this could also be possible in Hamburg ).
